Age Related Profile Click EYFS Reports – Age Related Profile Choose the Subject to view

The Age Related Profile report allows teachers to quickly identify which pupils are on track and which are at risk of delay. This report has been devised by Target Tracker, it is not national data.

Age Related Expectation Summary Click EYFS Reports – Age Related Expectation Summary

The Age Related Expectation Summary shows the number and percentage of children working below, at or above age related expectation. It can also be displayed for the users own choice of Step in Month Range. To identify the actual children use the Age Related Profile report. Below are those in the deep pink sections, At are those in light pink, yellow and light green and Above are those in dark green.

Attainment Summary Click EYFS Reports – Attainment Summary

The Attainment Summary report gives the percentage of pupils working in each month band. By default the report shows the current assessments. The To Term allows you to choose a previous term to compare assessments.

EYFS Reports in Target Tracker 2

Entry Level Assessment Click EYFS Reports – Entry Level Assessment Defaults to Summary view and entry to Nursery or Reception as appropriate for the children.

The Entry Level Assessment report applies to pupils in their Nursery or Reception year. It is designed to give an indication of the % of pupils working at a typical level of development for their age. It does not take into account the pupil ages within the year group, for example summer born children. It is based on pupils making average progress completing the academic year at age related expectation.

Progress Breakdown Click EYFS Reports – Progress Breakdown Defaults to Aut 1 and the current term of the academic year, and to 6 steps of progress

The Progress Breakdown report gives a simple way to show progress between any two points in time. Using the steps through each age band it shows the percentage and number of pupils making a defined range of steps progress. Please note that if there is no data added prior to the chosen To Term the report will count the steps progress as if from Beginning 0 – 11 months.

Pupil Attainment Click EYFS Reports – Pupil Attainment

This Pupil Attainment report shows the age band each pupil is working in. Optionally, the step in the band can also be shown. An Age Related Colours option highlights the values to indicate if a pupil is working at the expected level for their age in months. This is of particular use as it shows a clear difference between summer and autumn born pupils in terms of their expected attainment.

Assessment Conversion Click EYFS Reports – Assessment Conversion

The Assessment Conversion report allows the user to show how many pupils have moved from one Step in a start term to another Step in a later term, proving both attainment and progress. Like all reports, it could be used as part of a body of evidence to show better than expected progress or indicate where resources may be directed if progress is not at the expected rate.

EYFS End of Reception Key Statistics Click EYFS Reports – End of Reception Key Statistics

The End of Reception Key Statistics report is designed to summarise progress and attainment at the end of Reception. Steps progress in Reception is measured from Reception Autumn 1. The Summary view of the report can be updated to show the users own choice of groups or filters. There is also a Pupil mode showing the data on a child by child basis

EYFS End of Reception ELG Click EYFS Reports – End of Reception ELG

The End of Reception ELG report shows an overview of the final Reception Early Learning Goals in terms of the number and % of children achieving Emerging, Expected or Exceeding for each aspect.

EYFS End of Reception Pupil Attainment Click EYFS Reports – End of Reception Pupil Attainment

The End of Reception Pupil Attainment report shows the final Reception ELG assessments in terms of Emerging, Expected or Exceeding for each pupil for each aspect.

EYFS – EYO Pupil Summary Click EYFS Reports – EYO – Pupil Summary

The EYO Pupil Summary displays the assessments for a single pupil against the EYO statements. Statements set as Working Towards have a red background and the ones set to Achieved a blue background.

EYFS – EYO Gap Analysis Click EYFS Reports – EYO – Gap Analysis

The EYO Gap Analysis report shows the spread of assessments for each EYO statement for groups of pupils The shaded strip above each statement indicates how many pupils have Not Begun, are Working Towards or have Achieved in each case. Each coloured strip is shaded proportionally.

EYFS – EYO Progress Between Terms Click EYFS Reports – EYO – Progress Between Terms

The EYO Progress Between Terms report shows progress in the EYO statements. The report works by taking the assessments at the From Term, in dark blue, and the assessments at the To Term, in light blue to allow a visual comparison and indication of progress.

EYFS – Parent Click EYFS Reports – Parents - Parent

The Parent report includes a statement for each aspect based on the end of year assessment emerging, expected or exceeded if entered, or a statement based on the current Step assessment if not. Only Admin users can view or make changes to the many Parent Report options as shown below.

EYFS – EYFS Profile Click EYFS Reports – Parents – EYFS Profile Choose Characteristics of Learning or Early Learning Goals

There are 2 reports available. The Characteristics of Learning option allows text to be added for the 3 areas. Any text added also updates the Parent report and vice versa. Click the Guidance button for help completing this report. The Early Learning Goals option summarises and describes the children's attainment at the end of the EYFS against the ELG’s.
