Before the conference formally began, we were treated to an excellent workshop by Vernon Roth. He covered the relationship between electrolysis research and several other disciplines, both contemporary and historical. It has been summarized in a separate article entitled “Surviving Into Anything and HHO.”

Michael LeasEverything is connected to the universal sea of energy. It's a multifaceted

individualization. Philosophy can be found in Tesla devices. Leas acknowledged being influenced by both Tesla and Walter Russell in creating his Magnavex research project.

“Instead of trying to manipulate the design, grow in step with the design.” It comes down to a variance in the pressures of energy. There is a living vortex and a universal spiral. This is the expression of primary cause. Quantum physics will need to see that there is a spiritual evolution in the sequence of the universe. These experiments have shown that whatever is being transmitted is not exactly electricity, although we can easily extract electricity from it. (After the conference a few researchers began to agree that the term “Tesla Waves” could be used for this type of energy.)

Several Tesla coils optimized for wireless transmission were set up and demonstrated in a fast-paced sequence. Small motors and lights were run. Many ways to make these work are possible, using an infinity of adjustments. Some of the adjustable points include spark gaps, coil tuning, and materials. Never before has such a large array of working wireless electricity transmission equipment been assembled in one place!

Warren StarnesIt's been over 4 years now since Warren was given 6 months to live. He had

cancer of the bladder, prostate, and urethra. As director of the Skilling Institute since 1997, he had access to unusual forms of medical equipment. This experience has provided many insights into the nature of cancer and other degenerative conditions.

He told the story of Ed Skilling, now in his 90s and a lifelong electronic designer and builder. Skilling did a lot of work on defense electronics, and after

retirement turned his attention to medical applications. This included recovering much of Royal Rife's technology that had originally been developed in the 1930s. During the 1980s Skilling became known as the best builder of that type of equipment in North America.

Often, pathogens, candida, virus, molds, or bacteria will get in to a body 10 years before anyone finds out. “A lot of times we don't know how bad we feel until we find something that makes us feel better.” Many people have cancer 7 or 8 times in their lives without knowing it. Cancer acts somewhat in the same way fungus will settle in to a damaged tree. Drugs simply insult the body and are thus of little worth for this condition.

David SchmidtBefore becoming the founder and CEO of Lifewave about 10 years ago,

David had been doing research for the US Navy. Much of the Lifewave technology was originally developed for SEALS. Since then the technology has matured.

Now a new product called AEON is available. It is essentially an anti-aging system aimed at recovering youth. As cells age they become incoherent in their structure, and we can count photons coming off the body. Biophoton Analysis is the process that allows us to see that. With AEON we can see greater coherence in cell structure.

Several research projects have shown that people experience improved energy along with reduced stress and infection. The system is also easy to use. Many people tried Livewave and AEON patches during the conference and reported good results.

Dr. Robyn BensonTo live, we need water, oxygen, light, gravity, and electromagnetism. The

Earth carrier frequency is 11.75 – 11.79 Hz. We need to have constant access to that, which is often denied in urban environments.

You don't “get” cancer. It takes about 10 years to develop. Low voltage in cells makes the body struggle. This is why we need magnetic resonance stimulation. Her device contains 6 Tesla Coils, and no magnets. A useful waveform involved with this is sawtooth. Rapid rise and fall times are important. If electrical potential of cell walls increases you have much better health. Short sessions on her mats have often produced dramatic results, according to many testimonies.

Paul PantoneMany enjoyable stories relating to the development of GEET were related.

This technology has had unexpected effects on many of the people who have encountered it. Those effects have ranged from sheer anger to a sense of enlightenment, and everything in between.

John Rohner – Intelligentry, Ltd. The Plasmic Transition Process Engine (PTPE) is an evolution of the Joseph

Papp engine from the early 80s. Originally it was a failed lab experiment that misled many people. Papp's patent expired in 2003 so now anyone can make it. Further development is proceeding and papers are being prepared. “It is not at this moment pure science, but it works.”

The original engine was sent to Oklahoma for evaluation but would not run until Papp himself came down to start it. This means it was not something that anyone could make. Control of the engine was always a big problem.

There was a radioactive aspect to the Papp engine. Now the PTPE has 5 moving parts and no radioactive component. It creates a pseudo-plasma. A true plasma can't go anywhere once it fills up a chamber. In this version it is allowed to collapse back to a gas state. Gas is electronically excited to where it wants to change into a plasma. Then it goes through a cycle to a collapse, much the way a steam engine works. There is no explosion in the cylinder. This is all done by electronic control. In order to be safe it has to be precisely controlled.

Clayton Nolte“All I've done is create a balanced field so water can remember its

dynamically harmonized state.” This fits in with many data sources indicating water is a sort of computer which can hold information of its own. A dynamically harmonized state is coherent and balanced. Full hydration means that water is easily absorbed into cells without effort. This is health in liquid form.

Leah DavisAt first, it seemed like her presentation on elements of music might be light

and insignificant. However, there was a depth to her music that gradually drew in many people, despite a number of technical difficulties. She puts a tremendous amount of work and attention into the healing and developmental characteristics of her songs, which places her far above most of her musical contemporaries. The kind of mindfulness she puts into her music has especially positive implications for education. Artists like her who are currently emerging have a great importance in shaping how we understand the natural interface between science and music.

Dale PondOur purpose and goal is to develop usable power by transforming non-

observable non-motion scalar or mind potential into observable practical kinetic motion. Scalar can best be represented by metaphors, like a kitten under a blanket ready to jump out and do things. Mind Force can be found to affect matter under many circumstances, but it can't be measured or directly observed. There are several different ways to find this, most of which were classified as “spiritual” in previous times.

Keely put together classifications of levels within the universe, some of which could be observed and some which couldn't. If we can go to the source and engineer from there, we won't have to deal with effects and symptoms. “Motion is an effect of disturbance of equilibrium.”

It's important to know the difference between syntropy and entropy. Many scientists today are only aware of entropy. Syntropy involves life processes such as germination, growth, and stellar energy production. It is highly recommended that people study Walter Russell in order to gain a deeper understanding of polarities and how they relate to forces. There is a universal natural heartbeat and we can attach our machinery to this heartbeat.

Thorsten LudwigMany were excited to see Thorsten after being absent from our conferences

the past couple of years. His reports from Germany always have contained unique information not readily available anywhere else.

He told us how British Intelligence investigated the Hans Coler magnetic current apparatus from the 1920s and tried to replicate it. He also invented a current generator, with 6 kw of power, but we have less information on that one. It was based on a hexagonal arrangement of magnets.

He built a “Magnetstromappparat” in 1947 using material supplied to him by British Intelligence. There were many difficulties and then Coler died. A few other groups picked up on it and are investigating to this day. Some replicas have recently been made. They used soft steel magnets because those are similar to the best available in the 1920s. Some interesting pulse traces have been seen. There are driving and pickup coils. Resonance is hard to find. Bandwidth of the unit is only 11 Hz.

Why is magnetism connected to Zero Point Energy? Spin of any electron has a magnetic moment. If those align you have a permanent magnet which of course happens more easily in certain metals. The Dirac equation can provide a number describing this.

Time was devoted to the phenomenon of uncertainty between time and energy which has long been an important topic of discussion among German physicists.

James SchmidtIn one of the most visionary talks of the

conference, Mr. Schmidt began with simple research into batteries, which led to investigating mysteries of the Bedini Motor. Now that the technology is commercially available, we need to take the next step and get this into communities.

Several motor kits are available. Kits are good especially for students wanting to understand more about electricity. From there they can learn about Etheric and Vacuum Energy principles.

Implications of this type of technology range into many fields. Etheric energy can be developed for small communities spaced uniformly across the country. Anti-gravity vehicles can be used for travel. Then metro areas would be mainly available for commerce. Communications would be through the earth and its vacuum. No

meters! Free access to large replicable database systems for education and research should be available.

Heating can be done with orgone energies. Vacuum energy can be used for air conditioning. Construction materials can all be recycled. Lighting can be done with LEDs and self-illumination. To get there we need a process for development of Vacuum Energy practical products and integrating them into all aspects of our lives. Education is essential for this to happen.

Jorge Rebolledo ContrerasYoutube: Skycollection

Jorge was a surprise presenter from Guadalajara Mexico, speaking in Spanish and translated on the spot. This was a historic first for ExtraOrdinary Technology. He was inspired by Bedini and has made over 40 coils now. Many are along the lines shown by Marko Rodin. One is an efficient magnetic levitation motor which was demonstrated during the presentation. Many real-world applications for this technology are now being explored. Jorge's group is especially far along in this process.

Harvey FialaInertial Propulsion is gaining increased importance as a possibly viable

technology. Harvey gave a summary of his experiments in this area which have been going on for several years now. This is a good companion to his 2008 presentation, as he was able to fill in some essential details.

Reginald MillerA key point of this presentation was that oxygen is not getting restored to

the atmosphere at a sufficient rate. This is a result of many factors, most of them human driven. It has to do with too much combustion of fuel and too little planting of new forests worldwide. Burying carbon dioxide, which many American corporations have started, will actually make the problem worse. This will help to trigger a cataclysm that could last for the next 300 years. In a worst-case scenario, humans would only be able to live in narrow coastal zones as there would be insufficient oxygen available anywhere else. A group called Global Expanse Oxygen Depletion Everywhere (GEODE) is working to address this problem.

Intelligentry is attempting to develop technologies that will not result in the extraction of any more oxygen from the air. A double fan assembly demonstrated during the talk can get 10 – 15 times the efficiency of anything similar.

Jamie Buturff and Marko RodinJamie started off with a call for using an older A-432 tuning standard rather

than the Nazi mandated A-440 tuning used by most musicians today. He pointed out that the foremost advocates of the newer tuning standard were high officials in Hitler's government, and that it creates a form of tension in most people.

Then he brought up conference Technical Director John Fiala, who had suffered a wound from a practice mortar round last October that involved second and third degree burns. Healing had expected to take about two years. John described using a multi-frequency Rodin Coil built by his son and finding his

healing time reduced to about four months!Jamie then stated, “Marko's work is in coherence with Pythagorean tuning.”

He recommends that all device builders look at their work in terms of music, which is embedded in the universal vortex.

Marko said math is really a visual language, his work is the missing energy in the universe, and then showed a number of calculations on painted glass doors. A so-called “VW” figure with the digits 1 through 9 arranged around it shows a symmetry of numbers that can then be used to calculate various kinds of coil windings. If one tries to include zero as a number in this figure, it collapses. On the other hand, nines permeate the universe. All number sequences run down to 9 ultimately.

Jamie Buturff explained some of the practical applications. Many of those have to do with using toroidal coils in various ways, including charging batteries more efficiently.

Marko came back to explain more about the universal characteristics of his math. It is a form of what might have in the past been called “numerology” but the important focus is all the repetitive natural patterns that are found. These patterns have turned out to be the basis for many practical models and ways to calibrate electrical constructions.

After the recorded presentation, demonstrations continued all the way to nearly midnight.

John MilewskiMuch of the work covered in this presentation involves Ormus, which is key

to growing gold on glass or air. Some researchers have had indications that Ormes can be in black sand magnetitie. It is some intermediate form of matter that a few people working with alchemy have found over the past 25 years. Ormes is a gas. Metal precipitates out as a metal. At higher temperatures you can get iridium & rhodium to precipitate. Silver dissolves in nitric acid. Anything that crystallizes has Ormus in it. We need to have someone with an understanding of conventional chemistry to look at this Ormus.

Vernon Roth has worked on this as well, and was brought in for a few comments. This is another type of de-creation, dropping elements out of another state. We're seeing a lot of transmigration of elements involving Ormus. This also means communication over long distances with tiny amounts of power. “When I truly know that I don't know something that's when I start to learn.”

About 1 out of 5 who buy a tape try it. About 1 out of 5 of those get some metal. About 1 out of 5 then have enough to put in the hand. This is yet another proof that the alchemist is part of the process somehow.

It's in sulfides, magnetite, hematite, and many other substances. Put insulation up on blocks with air gapping. It gets very hot. You can get 500 ounces per ton in many cases. We can actually get gold from brown glass beer bottles!

“It's there, just play with it.”

David GarrowayIn this presentation Garroway made a strong and coherent case for a

general revision of well known physics concepts. He also proposed some experiments that would help sort out what we are seeing both in astrophysics and locally. Funding needs to be found for these. For example, we see north poles with right-handed energy, and south poles with left-handed energy. He said that the universe is imploding at a constantly accelerating rate which also causes time and its corresponding effect on the normal speed of light. Much of what we observe in the universe has to do with gravity. He also finds many natural tetrahedral and dodecahedral forms. Many in the audience were especially impressed by this work.

David TalbotWhen there are 1,000 points of agreement about something, we can be

assured it's real. Many ancient glyphs and legends indicate that the structure of our solar system was at one time different from the current configuration. Mars and Saturn figure especially large in these accounts.

Whatever happened when the configuration changed, there were specific electrical patterns showing up in the sky. These had several distinctive forms as recorded in petroglyphs. Physicists were consulted, and naturally occurring plasma discharge configurations were found that matched the ancient forms. Some of the presentation involved excerpts from his especially compelling videos which are commercially available and well worth study in their own right.
