Project Background

Upgrade PeopleSoft FSCM to 9.2 to get current on Application Bundles and take advantage of new PeopleSoft 9.2 functionality with 8.54 PeopleTools.

Organization performed an assessment to identify opportunities for Improving PeopleSoft usage including Training, Configuration Changes, Process Changes and Customization.

User Survey Conducted

What functions in PeopleSoft are not working as efficiently as you would like?

20% Responded – Issues with Ease of Navigation and User Interface
