Measure from the top of the waistline to where the pant should fall on the shoe; generally the top of the heel. With pants pulled up to where the customer is comfortable, measure from pant crotch seam to where the pant should fall on the shoe; generally to top of the heel. Measure around the waist directly over the shirt (not over slacks or coat) just above the hip bones and over the naval. Keep two fingers between the tape and the customers body. The number of inches is the waist measurement. Measure around the neck until the tape is comfortably snug. Record exact measurements including half sizes. Measure around the fullest part of the chest keeping tape up under arms and across the shoulder blades. Add two incheds to this measurement to get the coat size. Coat length is determined by the sleeve measurement. Use the chart below to order the correct coat length. (Note: Coat Size is deter- mined by the Chest measurement plus 2 inches).
