Express Hoists supply & install 300kg and 500kg hoists as well as manysmaller beam and scaffold hoists.

We operate a dedicated and experienced team who specialize inproviding quality machinery to be delivered and installed in accordancewith the project specification.

One of our hoist representatives can visit your site to advise you on therecommended type and positioning of the hoist. Not only this, one ofour representatives will carry out a site-specific risk assessment andprovide you with a Health & Safety pack.

We provide the following service:

• Fully equipped fabrication workshop to carry out in-house repairs &site-specific requirements

• Full service and Health & Safety checks on all machines prior to deployment (provided as partof the Health & Safety pack)

A fully competent Satellite dish relocation service from Express Site Solutions

For the duration of your external refurbishment and building works at resident properties, we have anindependent specialist team for carrying out satellite dish removal and relocation. We understand theimportance of minimising resident service disruption.

Our satellite services include:

• We will liaise with your site team to plan moves to ensuring minimum disruption to residents

• We are on hand to reposition the dishes back onto the wall in their original location once buildingworks are complete and scaffolding dismantling commences

• We have several engineers on the road working in different regions and are able to offer a quick turn-around which we believe to be much faster than industry standard.

Scaffold Alarms

• Alarms can be linked to 24 hour monitoring station/GSM

• Allows up to four nominated key holders

• 24/7 emergency response unit. Scaffold alarm can be linked to CCTV systems

• Mains free battery operated systems. Our battery operated system is the perfect solution when there is nopower available.

Benefits:It’s ideal for small scaffolds andsite offices. It is a quick-and-easy installation and comes complete with GSM monitoring.

Other benefits of using our Battery Operated System:Wireless operation so no call-out charges. Fast set-up and dismantlingUp to 20 detectors can be run from one system. We use a 4-year Lithium battery giving system longevity
