Compactor is important machine in Knit Finishing Process. Lot of technical

works in fabrics will be taken care by Compacting Machine. Tubular

Compactor is used to compact the fabrics in Tubular form.

Tubular fabric shrinkage control machine which can compact the fabric in

length wise direction, to provide over feed to the fabric while processing in

presence of team, and able to control the shrinkage. In other words, this is a

process of compacting the fabric in length ways direction.

We produce an assorted choice of knitting in various designs and

textures with advanced Mayer & Cie machines from Germany &

Pailung circular knitting machines from Taiwan and highest quality

yarns. We are highly capable of knitting fabrics with in our efficient

knitting unit such as Single jersey auto stripper, Rib jacquard auto

stripper and Rib & Interlock auto stripper.

Soft-flow machines are used for the bleaching and color dyeing of

knitted cloth. Eco- Friendly Dyes and GOTS approved chemicals are

used. A balloon padding machine is used to extract water and to

make the drying process quicker We use relax drier. Macbeth system

isused for color matching. The effluent is treated in ETP and RO unit

for ensuring cleaner environment.

Embroidery Section

A wide range of printing technologies such as chest prints, rotary prints,

discharge or reactive prints and fancy prints in making unique apparels. We

are sophisticated with Automatic chest printing machine (MHM) which

prints to a capacity of 7000pcs/day and a semi automatic printing machine

which prints to a capacity of 6000pcs/day with experienced instructors to

take proper care of the printing division.

Top most priority is given to Embroidery. Custom Embroidery T-Shirts are

the most popular products. We specialize in doing LOGO Embroidery,

Embroidery in Fleece and Jackets. Latest machines are used for

Embroidery. We do Embroidery on both finished products and cut pieces.

We source a embroidery unit panels using world’s best machines from the

manufactures of Barudan, Tajeema. We can handle all type of embroidery

designs with applique. sequences, etc.

Cutting is the main phase in garment making. A Garment can’t be

made without cutting. Cutting is done by experienced persons

who are skilled and good at keeping Fashion fits. We have modern

hand cutter and pattern cutting machines.

Checking Section

Another important process is Checking. Checking is

to trim all extra threads and also checks for stains and

holes. We have modern Trimmer Machines in place.

We use adjustable flat horizontal tables and modern

steam pressing boxes for ironing garments. Vaccum

sucking machines are used to take a way the excess

moisturein the garment due to Steam Ironing.

We buy our Packing Materials from leading suppliers and professional

providers to Garment Exporters. We use only Oeko Tex certified labels

produced from fully computerized labeling machines. We use only poly

propylene and polyethylene bags with colour printing. For all kinds of

Hangtags, Sticker and patches we depend on the best which meets the

global standards. We use only corrugated Carton boxes for packing. We

have a Bar tag Machine.

Our stitching unit has a strong work force of skilled

persons. Our Assembly line consists of both

Automated and Manual machines which has been

designed to provide the required quality. Every

aspects of quality is taken care during sewing.
