DENIALS NOTIFICATIONS are shared between Member States since 2012 by an electronic
system: DUES
Article 13(1) of the Regulation 428/2009 requires Member States to notify each other and the Commission of denials issued under the Regulation. This exchange of information must take place through secure electronic means, including via a secure system that may be set up in accordance with Article 19(4).
