Director of Student Affairs HITEC University Taxila Cantt, Taxila Subject: Expo & Musical Night Sir, With utmost pleasure and hope, I bring forward you the proposal of the upcoming Expo and Music Night. As President of HITEC University Creative Arts and Dramatic Society, I firmly believe that this event will is a highly innovative idea which deserves to be converted into a reality. It will last for two days i.e. 26-27 th December 2013. The expo will start from 9 AM till 4 PM on both the days where as the Music Night will be held on the 27 th of December from 7 PM to 10 PM. The Music Night will showcase the performance of Soul the band, Band 49, Axer the band and few of the musically talented Hitonians as well. The venues for this mega event are the ground in front of Ali Café and the space adjacent to Israr Block. These sites will also host many stalls for eating, clothes, crockery etc; hosted by many Hitonians as well. Since the publicity of the event is done in HITEC University, HITEC College and HITEC School, a lot of guests are expected so please allow the hostel girls to attend this mega event. Furthermore, kindly allow the university buses to take the students back to Islamabad and Rawalpindi once the Music Night ends. It will be the society’s utmost responsibility to make the event a successful one. I will be extremely grateful to you if you fulfill my request and I look forward for a positive response.
