New this year isTour de Expo!

Drive more traffic to your booth by participating in the Tour de Expo! Limited to 25 exhibitors.

Every Expo attendee will receive a “passport” for entry into the Expo. Attendees must visit the booths of all 25 participating exhibitors to get their passports stamped. Attendees with fully stamped passports will be eligible for cash prizes of up to $300.

Where: Springfield Exposition Center, 635 E. St. Louis St.

What: Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce’s Business & Technology Expo is the region’s largest business-to-business trade show. Hundreds of members exhibit for thousands of attendees, making Expo the Chamber’s largest event.

Expo provides incredible networking opportunities, many members making more contacts and collecting more sales leads than any other day of the year.

Expo is also combined with Chamber event favorite Good Morning, Springfield!

Loaded Booth OptionAdd $130 to your booth selection above.Includes carpet w/ pad, a skirted table, two folding chairs, and a trash can.

Non-Profit Booth (Booths L101-L114) $285 10’x10’ booth with 8’ table, two chairs, trash can and banner. Available to non-profit organizations only. However, non-profits may purchase regular booths at regular prices.

July 6 Advanced registration begins at 8 a.m. for last year’s exhibitors. No same-booth reservations this year due to new floor plan.

July 12 Advanced registration ends at 5 p.m. for last year’s exhibitors.

July 13 Open registration for all Chamber members begins at 8 a.m.

July 30 Registration deadline for booth discount (special rates)

September 3 Deadline to be in program. Last day for refunds. Full payment due on all booths. NO EXCEPTIONS.

How can I register to have a booth in the Expo?Register online. Or print a registration and mail to Chamber.

When is the first day of registration? Registration will begin on July 6 at 8 a.m. for last year’s exhibi-tors. Same-booth registrations will NOT be available due to a new floor plan. Registration will be open to all Chamber members on July 13 at 8 a.m. Advanced registration deadline for booth discount is July 30.

How large are the booths?Most booths are 10’ x 10’ with 8’ back with 3’ sides. Non-profits may purchase discounted booths (booths L101-L114), which are 10’x10’ and includes an 8’ table, two chairs and a trash can.

What else is included with my booth fee?Booths will be offered empty or for an additional fee of $130 can be loaded, which includes carpet, table and chairs. Individual booth items are available for rental from Horst/Tymon with an order form that will be included in your Exhibitor’s Packet which will be mailed in mid-September.

When is full payment due for booth registration?Full payment is due by Sept. 3.

What is the last day for booth refunds?There are no refunds after Sept. 3.

Where can we unload and load our items for the booths if we are an exhibitor?All belongings must be unloaded and loaded through the designated loading docks on Oct. 6 from noon-6 p.m. Failure to do so will result in a fine. Move-in schedule will be provided.

When can we tear down after the Expo?The booths must remain up until the show ends at 6 p.m. Failure to do so will result in a $200 charge and loss of booth preference in next year’s show. All items must be out of the Exposition Center by 8 p.m. of October 7.
