Exploris PTO Passive Fundraising Checklist

GROCERY PROGRAMS □ Kroger Cares Neighborhood Rewards Program – 5% rebate – one time enrollment

Use a special re-loadable gift card to purchase your groceries for a 5% rebate to Exploris. You must register through Exploris PTO. Please download Kroger Cares Participation Form at: http://explorispto.wordpress.com/pto-downloads.

□ Kroger Plus Loyalty Card – earn points for merchandise - annual enrollment Use your registered Kroger Plus card to earn points for our school. (We earned an iPad 4 in 2012-13!) To register, have customer service scan the bar code below. Customer service may not be able to link to our school number (90751) directly without the barcode. BAR CODE HERE WHEN AVAILABLE

□ Harris Teeter VIP Loyalty Card – earn money – annual enrollment Use your linked HT VIP card at check out and earn money for our school on all HT brand purchases and prescriptions. Re-link your card to our school code (3464) starting August 1st (can link up to 5 schools). Linking can be done online: http://www.harristeeter.com/community/together_in_education or at customer service.

□ Food Lion MVP Loyalty Card – earn money – one time enrollment Use your registered Food Lion MVP card at check out and earn money for our school all year long on Food Lion brand purchases. Link your card to our school code (213022) online at https://www.foodlionmvprewards.com/classroom_rewards.

PACKAGING PROGRAMS (Please send in labels anytime in a baggie marked with your child’s grade level in

order to participate in grade level contests. Each classroom has a collection box. You do not need to separate, but trimmed box tops and labels are preferable to reduce shipping costs.)

□ Box Tops 4 Education – 10¢ per Box Top Clip Box Tops AND boost earnings with eBoxTops by

creating an account and linking your Kroger Plus/Reward card:

□ Labels for Education – earn points - Clip UPCs with Labels for Education logo (see above – must include UPC code) and boost earnings with

□ Tyson’s Project A+ - earn 24¢ per label Clip labels from participating Tyson products.

□ Terra Cycle – earn 2¢ per label and be green Students accumulate from their lunches clean Chip, Capri Sun, and Energy/Granola Bar (foil) wrappers.

SHOPPING PROGRAMS

□ Target REDcard – 1% rebate – one time registration Open a Target REDcard Debit or Credit card at Target and earn 5% rebates for yourself on all purchases and an additional 1% rebate for each transaction for Exploris! Link your card at www.target.com/redcard by selecting Learn More under Take Charge of Education. Select Exploris by location or by school ID – 115038. Thank you for your participation – we went from 17 to 29 families participating in 2012-13!

□ Office Depot Back to School– earn money on qualified purchases (typically school supplies) No registration required, however, you need to provide our School ID (70062123) or have our school looked up by name upon checkout.

□ GoodDining – 4% or more at select restaurants If you dine out, you can earn donations for Exploris! As a member of GoodDining, you can earn donations by going to your choice of thousands of participating restaurants. Simply register your credit and/or debit cards online and select Exploris Middle School as your charity: https://www.goodsearch.com/gooddining (Don’t forget your business credit cards as well!)

□ GoodShopping – earn up to 20% or more at select online retailers (including Amazon) GoodShopping provides up to 20% rebates from online retailers – AMAZON participates along with hundreds of others! It’s so simple to earn money for EMS if you signup and download their add-on browser called “GoodShopTo-Go” which provides a pop-up window to let you know if a rebate is provided.
