Designed to be the practical andmultipurpose working partner, it boosts driving pleasure, interiorcomfort and refines its exterior lines. Chrome effect radiator grill,enhanced front, its new design express distinction and robustnessand exhibits your vitality. Your Expert is an efficient and adaptedworking tool that affirms control on running costs, CO2 emissions,

capacity and safety (Grip Control®). With the lowest load sill on themarket, maximum use can be made of the interior space, rearhinged doors that open to 180° and an extended cab, offeringoptimum protection, both for the people that it carries as well as thegoods and equipment. Each piece of equipment is added with anobjective in mind: even greater functionality.

SLIDING SIDE DOOR Guided by two supporting rails and one upper rail, the sliding side door can be glazed.Particular attention has been paid to the designof the opening handles to make the door easyto operate. The opening is wide enough toaccept a Euro-pallet. A second sliding side door* isavailable as an option on the driver's side toprovide easy access to the goods.*Option available depending on versions.

REAR DOORSHINGED / TAILGATEThe two panel or glazed hinged rear doors openout 180° to make loading operations easier. Thelong and high version of the Expert is fitted withspecial rear doors to suit its height. An optionaltailgate is available on low versions.

G LOAD SILLTo make it easier for you to handle goods ormaterials, the load sill of the Expert is thelowest on the market with its pneumaticsuspension* that can be adjusted when the

vehicle is stationary: only 45 cm high in the low position.*Option available depending on versions.

PAYLOADIn the van version, the Expert can carry a payload of 1000 kg or 1200 kg. Theplatform cab also accepts a payload of 1200 kg.

THE LOADING EXPERTLASHING RINGS*To keep the driver and passengers as safe aspossible, 8 lashing rings arranged on either

PNEUMATIC SUSPENSIONSpecifically developed by Peugeot for theExpert, the pneumatic suspension offersseveral advantages:

AN OVERALL HEIGHT OF 1.90MEquipped with the pneumatic suspension,you can park your Expert in car parks witha restricted 1.90 m height access.

CONSTANT ATTITUDE Regardless of vehicle load, its attituderemains constant.

LOAD SILLA button located in the boot can be usedto adjust the load sill. In the low position,it is then the lowest on the market andprovides optimum ease for loading.

BUMP STOPS / DAMPERSThe Expert uses long-travel, dense bumpstops. By continuously adjusting theirstiffness and flexibility under load, thesebump stops match the rear suspension to the front, making the vehicle stableand giving an excellent level of comfort, even unloaded. The dampers have beendesigned to provide excellent bodysupport and enviable suspension comfort.

EXCELLENT ROAD HOLDINGIN ALL SITUATIONSSUSPENSION (STANDARD / PNEUMATIC)The Expert proposes two types of rearsuspension: metallic or pneumaticcompensation. On L1H1 and L2H1 versions,the innovative, pneumatic compensation

solution maintains the overall height at1.90m and keeps vehicle attitude constant in all load conditions. It also allows theheight of the load sill to be adjusted when the vehicle is stationary, using a manual control.

GRIP CONTROL®*Grip Control® combines optimised tractioncontrol with tyres to improve driveability in"all terrain" conditions (mud, grass, etc.), on sandy roads and in poor grip conditions(snow and ice). A selector knob on thedashboard is used to select the required

mode and adapt driveability management.Also linked with this equipment, the Expertbenefits from a system that providesassistance when pulling away on a slope.Stress-free driving wherever you have to workand whatever the season.*Optional depending on versions and countries.

A commercial vehicle that is used every dayshould be ergonomic, practical andcomfortable. So that you enjoy working withthe Expert as much as possible, Peugeotwanted the interior to be functional andinnovative and has fitted comfortable seatsthat provide excellent support. The Expertalso proposes the Visibility Pack, which isavailable as an option and consists of anautomatic rain sensor located on thewindscreen, automatic activation of dipped

headlamps, air conditioning* with pollenfilter (active carbon) and a passengercompartment air recycling system. TheExpert also gives you a quantity of fittingsand storage locations that make everydaylife easier: overhead storage unit, key-operated glove box and oddments storagecompartments on the fascia panel.*Fitted as standard on CD Airco Pack and CD Airco SP Pack.

EQUIPMENT TO ENHANCE DRIVEABILITY

1. AUDIBLE REVERSING PARKING AIDActivated when reverse gear is engaged, ultrasonic sensors warn you if an obstacle or a person is present close to the rear of the vehicle. The frequency of the audiblesignal increases until it becomes continuous when the obstacle is located less than 30 cm away.

2. LOW TYRE PRESSUREDETECTION SYSTEM*For even greater safety, a low tyre pressure detection system informs the driver ofpressure losses via an audible and visual alarm.*As standard or optional depending on versions.

WIP CONNECTThe optional WIP Connect system that integrates the Bluetooth® function can be used to connect your portable MP3 player and listen to your favourite music incomplete freedom.

RADIO CD MP3 WIP SOUNDThe fascia panel of the Expert incorporates a mono CD radio, with steering wheelcontrols. The sound comes from 2 loudspeakers and 2 tweeters.

PEUGEOT AND THE ENVIRONMENTAll the Expert's engines satisfy the Euro 5 standard and are designed to make your journeys easier and to make you more efficient.Everything contributes to the same objectives: a concern for economy and respect for the environment.

HDI TECHNOLOGYThe Common rail injection system fitted to each Expert HDi engine is a source of performance and economy. By injecting the fueldirectly into the combustion chamber under high pressure, this system reduces fuel consumption and procures greater power, incompliance with the Euro 5 pollution abatement standards.

PARTICLE FILTERThe Particle Emission Filter (PEF) technology reduces emissions of polluting particles to the limit of what can be measured, but retains power and performance.

REDUCED CO2 EMISSIONSPeugeot is continuing its commitment and has reduced fuel consumption and CO2 emissions of the Expert range even further, whichplaces the Expert among the leaders of the segment (from 168g), including on widely used engines. In addition to the HDi system,shields underneath the body optimise the Expert's aerodynamic properties. The Volt-Control alternator management system isused to recover energy when decelerating.

ABS AND EBA• The anti-lock braking system (ABS)

controls your trajectory during emergency braking.

• Emergency Brake Assist (EBA) providesextra assistance under powerful braking. It amplifies the brake pressure and reduces the stopping distance to theshortest possible.

ESP* (ASR, ROM, DSC)• Traction control (ASR) prevents wheel

slip if grip is lost.

• The ROM module acts on the brakes tolimit the risk of the vehicle rolling over inthe event of extreme transverseacceleration.

• Dynamic Stability Control (DSC)continuously compares the informationtransmitted by the steering wheel sensorand the yaw sensor to detect any incipientundersteer or oversteer. It then generatescorrective actions to keep to the trajectory(within the laws of physics) initiallyrequested by the driver.

CRUISE CONTROL AND SPEED LIMITERCruise control keeps your speed constant,regardless of the topographic conditionsand without touching the accelerator. The speed limiter makes the acceleratorinactive as soon as a programmed speed is reached.*Optional.

PROTECTIVE INTELLIGENCEThe Expert is a commercial vehicle that offers all the modern equipment designed to improve driver and passenger safety. Several technologies, which are fitted as standard or optionally on the Expert, contribute to improving your safety.

ANTICIPATE

REINFORCED STRUCTUREThe design of the body frame allows for energy to be absorbed in an impact, in order to protect the occupants.Passenger compartment integrity isensured by the attachment of the engine to the sub-frame and by a reinforcing tubeinside the doors. The front bumper has ahigh absorption capacity thanks to a beammounted on absorbers bolted to the chassis legs.

FRONT IMPACTThe seat fittings are reinforced andmovement of the pedal bracket andsteering column are controlled (whichallows the steering wheel to retract by 80 mm) to reduce injury in a head-oncollision. Movement of the incompressible

solid masses in the engine compartmenthas been studied with particular care tolimit intrusions into the passengercompartment.

AIRBAGSThe driver's front airbag installed in thesteering wheel pad is fitted as standard. Afront passenger airbag can also be installed(compatible with individual passenger seator double bench seat), together with 2 sideairbags in the backrests of individual seats.*Optional.

DRIVING POSITIONPROTECTIONBehind the driver's seat, a ladder-typevertical separation gives the driver the bestprotection from the load. A panel partitionthat also includes a long stowage tunnel isavailable as standard or optionallydepending on versions.

WARN

SEAT BELT WARNING LIGHT As soon as the Expert exceeds 15 kph, a visual and audible warning indicates a driver's seat belt* fastening fault. These signals stop as soon as the seat belt is fastened.*Optional for individual passenger seat.

PROTECT

INGENIOUS SECURITY DEVICESThe Expert's protective equipment is complemented by ingenious security devices:• The cab and load compartment can be

unlocked separately by remote control.• The load area can be locked from inside

the cab.• Vehicle marking.

CENTRALISED LOCKING / UNLOCKINGThis control is located on the dashboardand it activates single locking. An additionalcontrol can be used to lock / unlock the rearcompartment alone. When the Expert isdriven, the automatic locking functionactivates as soon as the speed reaches 10 kph. The doors unlock automatically if

there is an impact. A three-button remote control is also available to trigger locking /unlocking of all the doors, or simply the cabor even the rear compartment. To makeyour Expert easier to identify, the chassisnumber is engraved on the canopy panel at the bottom of the windscreen.

OPEN DOOR LOCATORIf a door has been left open, including theload compartment doors, you are warnedby a light on the instrument cluster or onthe multifunction screen if it is fitted to your Expert.

SAFETY OF THE DRIVER'SELECTRIC WINDOWThe sequential control of the driver'selectric window is equipped with an anti-pinch system: If the window detects an obstacle, it reverses its movement.

VEHICLE IMPREGNABILITY /INTEGRITYThanks to the Expert's mechanicalprotection systems, it has been classed incategory one by the English consumeristThatcham: unique outside lock with a highlevel of impregnability, which is releasableand burglar-proof and incorporates aprotective plate that protects the lockcontrol cable connection.

DEADLOCK AND ALARM*These make all the interior opening controls inoperative to prevent breaking and entering, notably by breaking the glassand provide an alert in case of breaking and entering.*Optional.

ANTI-THEFT CODEThis electronic anti-theft code system withtransponder matches the engine and bodycontrol units for the vehicle to operate. Inthe same way, the audio and telematicequipment are matched with the BCU.
