TOUR OF NOTO, THE CAPITAL OF BAROQUE Noto  is  a  small  jewel  of  Sicilian  baroque.  A  beau-ful  village  perched  on  a  plateau  overlooking  the  Asinaro  valley.  in  2002  its  historic  center  was  declared  a  World  Heritage  Site  by  UNESCO,  along  with  the  Noto  Valley.  The  tour  starts  crossing  La  Porta  Reale,  the  Cassero,  the  main  course  overlooked  by  S.  Francesco  all'Immacolata,  S.  Chiara,  Palazzo  Ducezio  and  the  Cathedral,  which  dominates  the  urban  fabric  with  access  also  from  Via  Nicolaci,  known  for  its  evoca-ve  scenography  of  the  balconies  of  Palazzo  Nicolaci.

MODICA TOUR AND CHOCOLATE FACTORY BONAJUTO

Modica   is  a   jewel  of  Sicilian  baroque,  perched  on  a  hill  and  characterized  by  an   intrigue  of  narrow  streets  and  staircases  overlooked  by  churches  and  palaces.  The  most  beau-ful  baroque  church   is   the  Cathedral  of  St.  George,  one  of   the  best  examples  of  Sicilian  baroque,  followed  by   the  cathedral  of  St.  Peter.  Famous   throughout   the  world   for  Modica  chocolate,  obtained   from  an  ancient   recipe  and  made  par-cular  for  cold  processing  that  does  not  alter  the  genuine  flavor  of  the  ingredients.  Visit  and  tas-ng  of  Dolceria  Bonajuto,  which  for  six  genera-ons  and  for  over  150  years  has  been  producing  ar-sanal  products  and  passing  on  sweets,  nougats  and  chocolate  from  the  Modica  and  Sicilian  tradi-on,  mostly  of  Arabic  or  Spanish  origin.

MARZAMEMI TOUR On   the   border  with   the   Vendicari   reserve  we   find   the  mari-me   village   of  Marzamemi,  where   the   tuna   slaughter  was  carried  out  and  in  which  the  tonnaro-'s  houses  were  carefully  restored  to  the  sugges-ve  sefng  of  the  square  on  which  the  residence  of  the  Principi  di  Villadorata  faces.  In  the  "Baia  delle  Tortore",  the  IsoloMo  of  Vitaliano  Branca-  and,  in  the  distance,  the  island  of  Portopalo  di  Capopassero,  southern  limit  of  Sicily.
