SNACKS/LUNCH: One snack is provided by the Club in each am/pm session.
Lunch is included in the fees for Kids Camp full-day campers. Lunch Bunch Registration: Half-day campers; additional fee applies.
Registration required at time of Camp Registration. This fee covers the cost of the lunch and the additional supervision. This fee has NOT been added to your camp fees.
PAYMENT Members: Camp will be charged to your membership account.
Non-Members: Must provide credit card at time of registration and will be charged the beginning of the week camp attending. Camp confirmation and further information (including emergency/medical forms) will be sent to your home prior to the start of camp.Forms must be returned by June 1. After June 1st, changes will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Payment is due prior to start date.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
All registrations are subject to a non-refundable registration fee of $50.00. No refunds will be issued once camp has begun, unless aphysician’s form relative to injury incurred a medical condition is submitted, or under special circumstances approved by the

FAQ
What should my child bring to camp? Children must wear gym shoes, bring a swimsuit, sunscreen,
and if possible, a tennis racquet. (We have a limited number of demo racquets.)
Do you accommodate special needs/food requests, etc?
We will make every attempt to accommodate all special needs.Please call to discuss any special needs with the Camp Director.
I have heard about a “Lunch Bunch” program for
half-day campers – what is this all about?Some parents’ schedules conflict with the camp schedule. For an
additional fee, half-day campers can register for the “Lunch Bunch”option (12:00 pm – 1:00 pm).
Are lunch and snack included?
Lunch is included for Full Day and Half Day Morning campers.Full Day and Half Day Afternoon campers will also have
a poolside snack.If your child has food restrictions due to allergies please advise the
Camp Director prior to the beginning of camp, or they may pack a lunch.
If a camper decides to bring their lunch or additional snacks,please make sure that it is NUT FREE.
My child has an allergy.
Do I need to fill out any additional forms?Yes, please contact the Camp Director for an Allergy Form.
If your child needs to have an Epi-Pen at camp with them, apermission form needs to be filled out and signed prior to Monday
drop-off.
What other forms are required other than the Camper Registration Form?
Once the camper is accepted into the camp, he/she will begiven an information packet, which includes a photo release form,
emergency contact information, medical information, and adisclaimer. The camper will also receive confirmation of the camp
sessions he/she registered for and any fees still due to FiveSeasons as well as drop off/pick up information.
What is the camp schedule?
Your child will follow a schedule depending upon which camp thechild is registered for. Based on the camper’s attendance, some
activities may not be available. The camp offers a rotation of swiminstruction, tennis instruction, and other activities. Counselors have
the flexibility to change some of the activities based on camperinterest and attendance. Five Seasons’ Tennis Camp has priority
over indoor courts; therefore, tennis may not be available on somedays. Rain Days: Five Seasons’ Tennis Camp has priority over indoorcourts; therefore, tennis may not be available on rainy days. Private
Lessons are available at an additional charge.
Do you honor friendship requests? We make every attempt to honor friendship requests. However, inorder to adhere to the camper/counselor ratio, not all requests
may be honored. Please indicate friendship requests on theregistration form.
When will I have confirmation that my child is
enrolled in the camp? We will confirm enrollment by email or telephone. Please

What is the drop-off/pick-up procedure?
To avoid congestion in the driveway, please park your car in theparking lot and walk your child to the front lobby, Counselors willgreet campers and ask you to sign-in your child. Counselors will
bring children to the Outdoor Pool Gate located in the North parkinglot for pick-up, where you will sign out your child. Please call tomake arrangements for special circumstances. Children whoattend Lunch Bunch are to be picked up in the front lobby. No
parking or waiting in the cars in the driveway and under the porticois allowed for safety reasons. In case of rain, pick up will be in the
front lobby.
