    ICC SYDNEYEVENT SIGNAGE & BRANDINGTERMS & CONDITIONS

    APPROVAL AND AVAILABILITY• Event signage and branding is subject to availability and

    approval by ICC Sydney. • ICC Sydney will assess each application and take into

    consideration, among other things, event activity within the venue.

    • Obscene, offensive, obnoxious, derogatory or defamatory material is not permitted.

    • Advertising and the promotion of political messages is not permitted.

    • 80% of the viewing area of the sign must relate to event branding or way finding information only.  Sponsor recognition may be used in the remaining 20%.  Commercial fees may apply should the sponsor allocation be exceeded.

    • Event branding and wayfinding signage within your pre-determined contracted space will not incur a fee.

    • Signage can only be displayed outside the contracted space subject to approval from ICC Sydney.

    ARTWORK DESIGN AND PRODUCTION• Signage design must be approved by ICC Sydney prior to

    production. Approval is dependent upon compliance with the standards set out in this document.

    • The use of ICC Sydney’s logo is only permitted with ICC Sydney’s approval. All artwork must be approved by ICC Sydney’s Communications team prior to its production.

    • All costs relating to signage design and production are for the client’s account.

    • All proposed signage and their corresponding positioning is to be discussed with your event planner prior to its production.

    • All signage is to be produced off site and delivered for installation.

    • All material used for event signage and branding is to be fire retardant.

    • Adhesive methods to be used for all signage is subject to approval of ICC Sydney.

    OPERATIONAL• All signage plans are to be submitted to your event planner for

    review no less than six weeks prior to the commencement of event tenancy.

    • It is the organiser’s responsibility to arrange for the installation and removal of all event signage with their own appointed contractors within the agreed contracted time.

    • ICC Sydney is solely responsible for rigging of all signage. Signage contractors are to complete the venue’s online induction prior to working at ICC Sydney.

    • Event signage may only be displayed from the commencement of tenancy.

    • Freestanding event signage is permitted only within your contracted space unless otherwise approved. All free-standing signage organised by organisers to advertise their show, can only be displayed on the concourse within the boundaries of their contracted exhibition space unless otherwise advised. It is the client’s obligation to ensure that the installation of signage within the contracted space does not cause disruption to other events or activities in the venue.

    • The installation of any approved signage in the foyers and/or public spaces is dependent on event activity within the venue and should be discussed with your event planner.

    • Pending other events taking place in the venue, ICC Sydney may permit signage to be installed earlier than event tenancy.

    • Advertising of competing products without the consent or awareness of the event organiser is strictly prohibited and will be removed from the premises.

    • All signage must be removed on the last day of event tenancy. Failure to remove all event signage will incur charges.

    • Any damage caused by the organiser or their appointed contractor in the installation or removal of signage will incur costs.

    • The removal, obstruction or relocation of existing venue signage, digital or non-digital, is not permitted.

    • Event signage in shared facilities and utility areas, i.e. toilets, is subject to the approval of ICC Sydney.

    • Any adhesive residue will incur cleaning and or repair costs. Affixing of adhesive signage on any of ICC Sydney’s glass panels, floors and carpet is subject to the approval of ICC Sydney.

    • ICC Sydney reserves the right to revoke consent to display signage not in accordance to the ICC Sydney Event Signage and Branding Terms & Conditions.

    • Once installed, all signage must not impede access or exits to the venue, block fire hose/hydrant locations, artwork, safety signage, CCTV, or obstruct outside views.

    • Illuminated signs are not permitted without the prior approval of ICC Sydney.

    * All pricing is inclusive of GST.
