one of the most
valuable
experiences I have
had working in
Thailand”

Workshop Objectives To help Thais penetrate and master the key management
concepts practiced by “international” managers. To help Expatriates get “up to speed” on the essential
concepts and skills for managing effectively with Thais. To demonstrate, through direct participation by both Thais
and Expats, a whole range of opportunities and skills for improving communication and teamwork.
To build greater understanding, appreciation and smooth cooperation among work partners.
Who Can Benefit by Participating High potential Thai executive assistants, staff, and managers,
who need the maximum exposure to international management, in order to take on significant future cross-cultural team responsibilities.
Expatriate managers and spouses, who seek to master the necessary management approaches, which will make them effective and appreciated during their career in Thailand.
Based on extensive feedback from participants we encourage each organization to nominate Thais and Expatriates who are working closely together to attend the workshop together. Post-workshop they can then coach and support each other.
