projects abroad. Food and accomodation is provided by the hosting entity, but there is no

salary as these are volunteering programmes.

It contains an Exchange Participant Manager who helps you during the selection, you gain access to

our system, a Preparation Day (which is compulsory for participants) and a Trainee Buddy who helps

you around during your traineeship.

You can submit your application at opportunities.aiesec.org. This application shows us only interest

in any o our programmes. At this site you can find more information about our programmes, and find

a few fresh opportunities.

One of our collegue will contact you, and you can meet personally with him/her, ask your questions

and make an interview appointment.

This step is required in our selection process. This interview will be in English and takes place at our

office (at the faculty of business). It will take 20-30 minutes. We will as questions based on your CV

and your motivational letter. We try to observe your expectations, skills, motivation and your English

language knowledge.

After your interview and Outgoing Preparation Day, the next step is to sign the contract with us.

Based on your datas we issue you and invoice and after that you can pay the programme fee to our

account.

After signing the contract and paying the fee you will get somebody from our local committee who’ll

hel you during the application process and answer your questions. Myaiesec.net is our online

database where you can find our internships opportunities. You will be registered here if you signed

the contract and paid the fee. There’s a search option with a lot of filters (countries, duration of the

internshp, etc.). Each and every opportunity has a job description with the details of the project you

can prticipate in (starting date, working days, working hours, requirements, etc.). IN this job

description you can find the e-mail address of the project responsible. You have to send your

application (with your CV and motivational letter) to that address. After that they will contact you

and make a Skype interview appointment. During this interview they observe your communication

skills, social and cultural awareness and so on. If you pass this Skype interview, then you can ask all

your questions regarding your internship. The final step is to pack your suitcase and book a ticket!

Required step. Here we prepare you for your internship culturally and logistically. We give you

information about visa, legal information, vaccinations, tips about how to write the right CV and

motivational letter. You’ll get know in which countries are the most of our internship opportunities.

Our internships take place mainly in Central and Eastern Europe, South America, Asia and Africa.

Most of the internships are in Egypt, Tunisia, Turkey, Czech Republic, Poland, Serbia, Croatia, China,

Columbia, Brazil, Ukraine, Peru, Russia, Greece, Nigeria, India, Romania, Indonesia and Italy.
