Hi Aunt Lois,

I am writing with an update on my progress. I am winding up my degree in Public Health and have become really interested in the regulation of health products. For that reason I am interested in exploring what is happening at the moment in specific government departments and some not-for-profit associations. I have done some research and the next step for me would be to talk to insiders in the field.

I have listed specific organizations at the bottom of this email and wondered if you could take a look. If you know someone who is or has worked in any of these organizations could you help me get in touch with them? (I promise I won't hit them up for a job; at this point I am just looking for advice.)

The ideal thing would be to get the contact information (if the person you know is ok with that). That allows me to take the initiative in getting in touch.
