EXPERIMENTAL SETUP & PROCEDURE In our 9th experiment, a heat conduction bar apparatus is used. Heat bar apparatus consists of 3 main parts. In the first end of the apparatus, there is a electrical heater mechanism which works with 220V power supply. This heater part heats up the heat bar which is a conductive metal and the second main part of the system and it is heated with the help of conduction. There are sections on the bar to place thermometer to see how that section of bar is heating which sections are parted with 1 cm intervals. The thermometer is last main part of the system and it measures the temperature with the help of an attachment which is used to place thermometer to the system properly. Heat conduction bar experiment consists two parts. In first part, thermometer is placed in the middle of the bar and system is started to heat up. With two minutes intervals, temperature is read from the thermometer until the temperature becomes steady-state. On the 30th minute, temperature became steady state and 16 different datas are noted. In the second part, 4 different temperature values are read from 4 different equally seperated sections. Those sections were 9th, 13th, 17th and 21st sections and those points distances to heater are measure and noted to see how the heat is conducted along the bar.
