Based on almost a decade of development, the Exmovere Empath is the first wrist-worn remote monitoring device worthy of the 21st Century. Thanks to embedded sensors and cellular connectivity from AT&T in the US and Rogers in Canada, the Empath can instantly report on its wearer's location, behavior and state of mind.

The Empath features an SOS button, hands-free/strapless pulse detection, movement monitoring, GPS and a speakerphone for voice calls. The Empath's default settings enable 3 days of battery life. The entire system can be configured remotely through Exmovere's web portal and with the Empath's touch screen display. M2M customers can take advantage of the Empath's optional onboard Bluetooth.

Exmovere will launch the Empath to users worldwide by December 2012. Target MSRP for each wristwatch is $199, plus $9.99 per month for basic service. Exmovere is currently offering enterprise customers Empath Pre-Market Evaluation Kits starting at $999 each.
