Challenge

As part of Sharjah's development, the

emirate sought to solidify their brand

and reputation both internally and

through aggressive Foreign Direct

Investment (FDI) initiatives,

EXIT was commissioned to advise the

Sharjah Finance Department on brand

appeal and brand management

strategies.

Execution

Through a series of workshops,

interviews and primary research, EXIT

discovered that the legacy brand

needed to be included as a key

element.

EXIT lifted and revised Brand Sharjah

and developed a solid brand book to

be used throughout the emirate and

training was given for brand guardians could manage the brand.

The Abdulaziz Leadership Program

(ALP) aims to cultivate leadership in

young GCC nationals through a range

of study and practical modules.

The Executive Committee was faced

with the challenge of launching the

program from scratch and attracting

the delegates in a very short

timeframe.

Execution

EXIT formulated a brand and creative

strategy and rolled these out into

visually. The brand was activated

primarily through digital and social

channels to drive online applications.

Secondly, a bespoke solution was

developed to deliver course material

over-the-air while participants would

submit a evaluation forms.

Challenge

Amer, who manage the 1,000+ typing

centres in Dubai, decided that they

should have a more uniform look for

clients to understand that they were

officially sanctioned and offered all the

related government services

The challenge, was to create a

recognisable brand that could be

adopted by all the approved typing centres.

Execution

EXIT studied the brand position and

created a new identity and brand

expression. Creating a welcome pack

an marketing collateral.

EXIT helped the DNRD to unveil the

new brand to its 1,000+ typing

centres. And externally showcased

the new brand through a signature

typing centre, at GITEX and through

advertising and sales collateral.

The Taqdeer Award is an initiative of

the Government of Dubai to celebrate

excellence in labour relations.

The challenge was to create the tools

to generate awareness that in turn

would maximise applications and all in

a relatively small timeframe. Similarly,

the method of assessment should be,

easy, fast, transparent and fair.

Execution

EXIT formulated a brand strategy and

creating an identity before developing

the website.

We developed a bespoke platform

that assigned assessors to shortlisted

companies and enabled them to

record findings online the results of

which would be automatically scored

with the committee able to review

results and check progress through a

custom dashboard.
