Participants Manual for 2015 China Travel and leisureIndustries Exposition

The 2015 Chinese suppliers Travel and leisure Sectors Exposition will be organised in TianjinMeijiang Conference and Display Middle from Sept 18, 2015 to Sept 21, 2015. During thisExposition, participants are required to focus on security and apply a OUKITEL K4000 securityresponsibility system. To make sure the security of the Exposition, and based on the actualconditions of the exhibition, the security required the exhibitor and the exhibition unit developingorganization with regard to flame security and architectural security of the unit are defined asfollows:

1.According to appropriate articles of the Fire Protection Law of the People’s Republic of Chinesesuppliers, the Control Rules on Fire Safety of Body parts, Categories, Businesses and CommunityOrganizations from the Secretary of state for Community Protection, and the Control Actions onProtection of Community Social and Game Activities from the Secretary of state for CommunityProtection, the attorney of the unit developing organization, namely Mrs./Ms. is specified as theprimary accountable person for the security of VKworld VK700 Pro the cubicles designed for the2015 Chinese suppliers Travel and leisure Sectors Exposition from 8:30 of Sept 14, 2015 to 22:00of Sept 21, 2015, who shall be comprehensively accountable for the security of the cubicles duringdeveloping process and the exhibition, and bear all liabilities for any security injuries due tocarelessness of the unit developing organization such as public security injuries (including trafficinjuries and criminal cases), flame and development injuries.

2.Before entering the exhibition area for unit developing, the developing organization shall publishappropriate security and flame security records to appropriate departments of people securityinstitution and flame place for acceptance within the period specified by Tianjin Public OUKITELK4000 Community Protection Bureau and Tianjin Public Fire Station, and publish the acceptancerecords from people security institution and the flame place to Tianjin Meijiang Conference andDisplay Middle for filing at latest one day before the entry. Where the Display Middle has notobtained such acceptance records before the exhibition or has obtained nonconforming acceptancerecords, the Display Middle will have the right to refuse to start the exhibition without keeping anyresponsibility for any reduction coming up therefrom.

3.The developing organization shall apply security responsibility management system level by level,and make sure that the Construction Safety Responsibility Contract of Tianjin Meijiang Conferenceand Display Middle is signed with the vendors and the exhibition area owner before the on-siteexhibition planning.

4.The developing organization shall perform the security management obligations carefully,monitor and desire all the participants to stick to appropriate rules of the state and the DisplayMiddle on public VKworld VK700 Pro security, flame security and security production, and makesure all the regulations of the Display Middle concerning public security, flame security and unitdeveloping security are conformed to.

5.The developing organization is required to publicize the regulations of the Display Middle onpublic security, flame security and development security in advance to the authorities andemployees of the sponsors/undertakers of the Exposition, the participants, the visitors, and thebuyers. In addition, the developing organization is also required to help the on-site authorities ofpeople security institution in security check, and support the security authorities of the DisplayMiddle in security guaranteeing.

6.In order to make sure public security and avoid property reduction due to theft and the like, theDisplay Middle recommends the developing organization to purchase insurance for the valuableexhibits, and ask the participants to strengthen keeping of their belongings in composing.

7.The developing organization shall strictly stick to the regulations of the Display Middle on unitdeveloping during the on-site exhibition planning, and arrange appropriate technicians to review allthe unit developing drawings for the purpose of flame security and architectural security of thecubicles before the on-site exhibition planning. The Display Middle has the right to issue oral orcomposing notice of modification to OUKITEL K4000 the developing organizations that havedesigned nonconforming cubicles, and take such activities as power cut-off, development stoppingand drive-out against the developing organizations that disobey instructions or fail to meet themodification requirements without keeping any responsibility for any reduction coming uptherefrom.

8.The developing organization shall designate dedicated security managers during the exhibition,who shall be accountable for monitoring the flame security and architectural security of the cubiclesduring the exhibition, and regularly organizing security inspection with regard to public security,flame security and architectural security of the cubicles.

9.The Display Middle shall timely designate qualified authorities to definitely support thedeveloping organization in monitoring and inspecting people security, flame security anddevelopment security of the exhibition according to the agreement, who shall also bring forwardopinions on modification of problems identified and desire the developing organization to completethe modification.

10.The Display Middle shall make sure good condition of public flame features in the exhibitionarea, and definitely arrange appropriate employees to use the fixed flame fighting features in theexhibition area and arrange evacuation and flame extinguishing in the case of flame.

11.In the case of any other carelessness triggered security injuries, the Display Middle shall quicklyarrange rescue take appropriate activities to avoid expansion of the accident.

12.Where either celebration has any question on the rules cited in this agreement, it may seekadvice from the Fire Protection Law of the People’s Republic of Chinese suppliers, the ControlRules on Fire Safety of Body parts, Categories, Businesses and Community Organizations from theSecretary of state for Community Protection, and the Control Actions on Protection of CommunitySocial and Game Activities from the Secretary of state for Community Protection, or directly seekadvice from Tianjin Public Community Protection Bureau.

This agreement is executed in duplicate, one copy VKworld VK700 Pro organised by eachcelebration with the same lawful force. This agreement shall become effective upon signatures oflawful associates of both events or their authorized associates and official seals of both events, andshall be effective in the specified term.
