Exhibitors with VehiclesTo prevent damages in the Exhibit Hall, exhibitors or agents with mobile or motorized equipment will require guidance by Freeman to their respective booths. Exhibitors may drive their motorized equipment in or out of the exhibit areas or have Freeman supply an operator, when available, at an additional cost. A $225 per unit/round trip spotting fee is required.

Assignment of SpaceBooth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis determined by the date contracts and as payments are received by NAPT. Exhibit Space Applications/Contracts will not be processed unless and until full payment is received by NAPT. Exhibitor information from the decorator will not be available until this is completed.

Confirmation letters will be emailed to the contact listed on the contract indicating your space assignment after receipt of the appropriate forms and payment.

Freeman Decorators will be notified when your booth assignment is complete and you may go to www.myfreemanonline.com and place your orders for decorator needs. Printed exhibitor kits will not be sent.

Contracts must be received and paid for prior to October 6, 2017 if they are to be included in the Trade Show Guide. Anything received after that date will not be guaranteed to be included in the printed guide.

Trade Show DecoratorFreeman Show Services is the official decorator for the 2017 NAPT Trade Show. Decorator kits will be available online after receipt by NAPT of the Exhibit Space Contract and full payment. Requests for additional furniture, booth carpeting, electrical service, audiovisual equipment, special signs, decorations and any other special needs should be made in advance directly with Freeman. The cost of services and any special orders placed with the decorator is not part of the NAPT booth fee. Please go to www.myfreemanonline.com to get the exhibitor information needed. Ground Transportation to/from the AirportThe John Glen Columbus International Airport (CMH) is located approximately 15 minutes from the host hotel.

COTA company is a public transportation system in the airport and provides transportation between the airport and downtown Columbus. Buses depart from the Departure Level and run every 30 minutes. Stops include the Greater Columbus Convention Center and many downtown hotels. A one-way fare is $2.75. Cash only on the bus or you can use a credit card at the kiosk in the airport. MEMBERSHIP DETAILSNAPT Business Partner membership is designed for organizations that provide products and/or services within the student transportation industry and wishes to exhibit at the NAPT One-Day Trade Show.
