It is understood that, once signed, this application is a binding contract upon acceptance by the Tendaji Group, Ltd and is subject to the terms, conditions, rules and regulations which constitute a part of or are included in this application and contract (see terms and conditions for full details and disclosures).

TERMSANDCONDITIONSReservedRightsWithoutlimiKnganyoftheprovisionsofthecontractorthecontractcondiKons,itisspecificallyunderstoodandagreedbytheexhibitorthatthemanagementoftheMidwestMIND,Body&BeautyExporeservestherightsenumeratedbelowwithoutincurringanyliabilitytotheexhibitororreleasingtheexhibitorfromanyofitscovenantsandobligaKonsunderthecontract:1.Tochangethehoursoftheexpo,and2.TochangeatanyKmepriortothescheduledopeningdateoftheexpo,thedatesoftheexpo(providedsuchchangeshallnotresultinareducKonofthenumberofdaysoftheexpo),thefloorplan,orthelocaKonoftheshow,andtodeterminesuitabilityofallexhibitsanddemonstraKons.Itisfurtherunderstoodandagreedthattheshowmanagementshallhaveeachandalloftheotherrights/reservaKonscontainedinthiscontract.
BoothandProductDisplayBoothscanbeoccupiedonlybytheexhibitormakingthereservaKonsandcontract.Noboothscanbesharedinwholeorinpart,foranypurposewhatsoever,byanyotherperson(s),neithersublegngnorjointuseofanymeansorforanypurposepermi]ed.AlleffortstoadverKse,demonstrateandoperatetheexhibitmustbeconductedsoasnottointerferewiththerightsofotherexhibitorsandvisitors.Noexhibitwillbepermi]edwhichinterfereswiththeuseofotherexhibitsorimpedesaccesstothemorimpedesthefreeuseoftheaisles.AllbusinessacKviKes,includingthedistribuKonofcircularsandadverKsingma]er,maybeconductedbyexhibitorsandtheirrepresentaKvesonlywithintheboothareaassignedtotheexhibitor.Violatorswilljeopardizetheirrequesttoexhibitinfutureshows.Noexhibitorcandisplayinhis/herboothanyproducts,equipmentormerchandiseofanykindthatwasnotincludedinboothcontractdescripKon.Noexhibitormayofferforsaleorsellorgiveawayordistributeinanymanner,anyproducts,equipmentorfurniture,unlesstheexhibitorofsuchproductshavealsotakenaboothspacedirectlythroughshowmanagement.AnyviolaKonoftheabovewillresultinremovalfromtheexhibithall.Allexhibitsincludingproducts,equipmentandfurnituremustbeconfinedwhollywithintheboothspaceasshownontheofficialfloorplan.Nouseofanypurposewhatsoevermaybemadeofaislesoranyotherspaceadjacenttotheboothreserved.ChairsorseaKngwillbelimitedtothecapacityofthemeasurementsofboothsandwillbebepermi]edinaislesorpassageways.AnyviolaKonoftheabovewillresultinremovalfromtheexhibithall.
DepositandFeeBoothspaceisreservedonafirstcome,firstservedbasisandwillonlybeheldoncea50%depositofthetotalboothispaidbyFeb1st.FinalpaymentsforallexhibitboothsareduebyMay1,2017.SpaceissubjecttoreleaseandreassignmentifcompanydoesnotcompletethiscontractualcondiKon.
CancellaKonofContractByExhibitorCancellaKonofexhibitspacemustbedirectedinwriKngorviaemailtotheTendajiGroup,Ltdatleast90dayspriortotheexpoatPOBox11120CincinnaK,OH45211.Alldepositpaymentsarefinal.THEREWILLBENOREFUNDSORCREDITS90DAYSBEFOREOR60DAYSAFTERTHEEXPO.Refundsthatareduewillbepaidoutbetween60and90daysaoertheexpodatehaspassed.
Failuretocheckin/exhibitIntheeventthattheexhibitorfailstocheckinby7amtoexhibitinthespaceallocatedtohim/heronopeningday,withoutnoKfyingshowmanagementatleasttwodaysinadvance,theTendajiGroup,Ltdmaymakeuseofsaidspace,asitseesfit,withoutanyliabilitywhatsoevertotheexhibitorwhoshallremainliableforthepaymentofthetotalboothpricedueunderthecontract,whetherornotthespaceisresold.THEREWILLBENOLATECHECK-INALLOWED,NOEXCEPTIONS.
PermissionforVideotaping/PhotographyI/mycompanygranttoTendajiGroupLtdandtheirlegalrepresentaKvesandassigns,theirrevocablerighttouseandpublishvideoandphotographs,sKllormoving,ofmeorinwhichImaybeincluded,fortherestrictedpurposesofself-promoKon,includingadverKsingTendajiGroupLtd’sbusinesses,inanymannerandmedium;andtoalterandcompositethesamewithoutrestricKonandwithoutmyinspecKonorapproval.IherebyreleaseTendajiGroupLtdandtheirlegalrepresentaKvesandassignsfromallclaimsandliabilityrelaKngtosaidphotographsandimagery.
InsuranceandLiabilityInjury,fireandtheoinsurancecoveringtheexhibitorand/ortheexhibitorsproperty,ifdesired,mustbetakenoutbytheexhibitorathis/herownexpense.NeithertheTendajiGroup,LtdnortheconvenKoncenterorcommunitycenterwillbeliablefordamagedoneinyourboothsuchasmalpracKce,oranylossorinjurytoexhibitororofexhibitor'spropertythroughfire,theo,accidentoranyothercause.TheTendajiGroup,LtdwillprovidesecurityduringthehourstheexhibithallisclosedforoverallprotecKonofthehall,butitisunderstoodthatallproducts,equipment,furnitureandfurnishingsoftheexhibitorsareplacedandexhibitedatthesoleriskoftheexhibitorandexpomanagementassumesnoresponsibilityofanykind.Itissuggestedthattheexhibitorremovevaluablesamplesandmoveableequipmentfromtheboothreservedovernight.ExhibitorsareexpectedtomaintainpersonnelintheirexhibitboothsatallKmesduringtheexpohours.Allmerchandiseandportableexhibitsaretobecoveredduringnon-exhibithours.
ActsofGods,Fires,Strikes,War,Terrorism,Etc.Intheeventthatanoutsidecausesuchaswar,fire,actofterrorism,strike,orotheremergencypreventstheMidwestMIND,Body&BeautyExpofrombeingheld,theexpomanagementmayretainsuchpartoftheexhibitor'srentalasshallberequiredtorecompensemanagementforexpensesincurreduptotheKmesuchconKngencyshallhaveoccurred.
