An official photographer / videographer will be available at the exhibition.

2) Security

Arrangements are made for the general security of the exhibition premises.

If the exhibitor requires a security for their stall during the build-up period, the same will be

provided at extra cost only by the official service provider.

3) Fire Precautions

Arrangements are made for Fire Engines with firefighting equipment to stand by during the period

of exhibition. Smoking is not permitted inside the exhibition venue.

4) House Keeping

Arrangements are made for the general cleaning of the exhibition premises.

If a particular stall has to be cleaned, the same will be charged extra.

5) Media Centre

Exhibitors may place press releases here at any time during the exhibition.

Hotel rooms are secured by Cox and Kings Limited at the selected hotels at a special conference tariff for the participants to IBEX INDIA 2014 being held at MMRDA Grounds, Mumbai

Conference special rates are valid for rooms blocked within 22 - 26 January 2014 and booked through Cox and Kings Limited

All rates quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR).

The room tariffs are inclusive of presently applicable Government Luxury Tax. The Government reserves the rights to revise the taxes. Taxes as applicable on the date of stay will be charged.

Government Service Tax of 3.09% will be applicable on the total invoice.

The special room tariff is inclusive of buffet breakfast at the coffee shop.

Personal expenses such as telephone calls, food & beverage bills, room service and use of mini bar should be paid by the guest directly to the hotel at the time of check out.

The official Check in time is 14.00 hrs and Check out time 12:00 hrs. Early arrival before 10 am or late departure beyond 2 pm will be charged as one nights stay.

It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that passports, travel documents and visas are valid for travel.

We suggest that clients should be covered by Travel, Medical, Accident and other types of insurance. These cannot be obtained in India.

Early Arrival and Extension of stay

Requests for early arrival (i.e before 22 January 2014) or extension of stay (i.e post 26 January 2014) is subject to availability.

Booking for the dates outside the secured room block dates, i.e. 22 - 26 January 2014, would be charged at the then prevailing rates for those dates.

Reservation & Payment Process

Rooms are being held at the listed hotels till cut‐off date of 15 December 2013.

The hotel room can be secured by full payment in advance

Payment can be made either through Credit Card or by Bank Remittance.

All unreserved rooms will be released by the hotel on 15 December 2013 and any request thereafter is subject to availability and at the then prevailing rate of the hotel.

In case of bank transfer, the remittance advice issued by the bank should be emailed to us by 12 December 2013 for the respective hotels.

Important: Please ensure that all required data are provided accurately and in full to facilitate processing of reservations. Cox and Kings Limited will not be responsible for delays or errors in confirmation of services resulting from participant's failure to submit all data requested.
