3D MASTER stand W61

ZW3D is a modern CAD/CAM software. The program simplyfy the day-to-day work of designers and constructors in various industry sectors. The latest version of ZW3D - 2018 Beta was released on September 25th. In the latest version: new associative imports (supporting commercial formats), a new reusable library or expanded wall re-placement, are worth mention. In 3X Machining module there is introduce possibility of generating 5-axis operations, in last versions this module gave only 3 axis and 2 indexed axis.

A.P.J. SIKORA TOCZENIE CNC stand D133

The APJ Sikora Company provides production services in the fi eld of precision turn-ing with milling elements in bar diameters ranging from Ø3 to Ø65 mm on turning and milling centers and longitudinal CNC lathes. We also manufacture precision compo-nents with long holes (even below 1 mm), surface roughness (Ra less than 1.25). We have an internal laboratory equipped with the following machinery and equipment: CMM 3D Zeiss Prismo 5 with fi ve-axes PH20 Renishaw head with measuring accu-racy ± (2 + L / 250) µm, contour measurement device Mitutoyo CV4500 and instru-ments for roughness measuring PS1 MAHR, MarSurf M400, MarSurf SD26. We have implemented the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015 standards.

AM-PAK STRZAŁKA MAŁGORZATA stand W40

AM-PAK is the offi cial representative of the binders and OFM banding systems. We provide the service of every type of binders type FROMM, as well as access to origi-nal spare parts for all the binders. At the fair we will present, among other things, a hand-held P329 cordless battery pack for PP plastic or PET strapping. The P329 harness is the successor to the P327 harness. Compared to its predecessor, it has a higher tensile strength (up to 4000 N), which makes it possible to pack with strong plastic straps. The modernization of the belt tensioning and sealing assembly and the new brushless motor make it much easier to work while extending the life of the tool.

ATMAT is dynamically developing company. We are focused on industrial solutions and constant development of 3D printing technology.
