As we talked before, Smartlink and ODFW are still working on the mitigation plan, which I identified in the letter. The plan will take a couple more iterations to complete but is shaping up nicely. Similar to our letter for the previous tower, I included a couple recommended conditions that speak to the most important considerations for project development and sage-grouse conservation. It would be greatly appreciated if these conditions could be captured in the terms of the permit to cover the main liabilities for project impact to sage-grouse and responsibly to maintain project features into the future to ensure a reduced impact to sage-grouse. Let me know if you have any questions. Eric,

Here is ODFW's letter for the hearing on the Cingular Communications Tower next week. As we talked before, Smartlink

and ODFW are still working on the mitigation plan, which I identified in the letter. The plan will take a couple more

iterations to complete but is shaping up nicely. Similar to our letter for the previous tower, I included a couple

recommended conditions that speak to the most important considerations for project development and sage-grouse

conservation. It would be greatly appreciated if these conditions could be captured in the terms of the permit to cover

the main liabilities for project impact to sage-grouse and responsibly to maintain project features into the future to

ensure a reduced impact to sage-grouse. Let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks
