Each week, a new ONE MINUTE FIT TIP will be pushed out (via the Alerts function), eventually giving you a library of hundreds of tips.

Want to take the ultimate challenge? Combine 10 or more of the fit tips together for 30 continuous minutes to create a high intensity, fat-burning, cross-training workout
