Ex.14 Complete the tips for making a conference call. Use these words.

agenda sms record off on mute notes

Be on time. Whether youre the leader or just a participant, you should dial in on time.

Distribute an agenda. Then even the quieter participants will have a chance to prepare to speak.

Use a head set . It cuts out distractions and prevents other people from hearing your conversation.

Record your meeting. Either for yourself or to put on the internet as a podcast for others to hear.

Be careful using the mute button. Dont say anything you wouldnt mind people hearing anyway.

Say at the beginning if you need to call off early. Then you wont disrupt the discussion.

Take notes . This will help you to keep focused during the call.

Use sms. Its not rude to text your colleagues, or send messages with Twitter.Ex.15
