ISV track update

For partners who qualify into competencies with Application CertificationPreviously, we announced that partners would have to increase the

number of customer references in order to qualify for a competency

using the ISV tracks.

To minimize change and ensure ease of doing business, the current customer reference requirements will remain for partners qualifying for competencies via application certification – three references at silver and five references at gold

In addition, the Windows Server 2012 Application Test will be retired. Partners will need to certify new applications on Windows Server 2012 R2 going forward. Existing Application Certifications on Windows Server 2012 will continue to be honored for competency qualification and Customer References for 1 year
