Julia A. McCullough EXECUTIVE BIOGRAPHY Julia A. McCullough is a compliance specialist for CSC ® Global Financial Markets (GFM). She joined CSC in 2003 as part of the marketing team, and in 2005, moved to the GFM team where she administers Independent Director Services and serves as independent director. Julia’s current responsibilities include the review and approval of new independent director appointments, as well as the approval of documents requiring the independent director’s signature. She primarily serves as an independent director on securitization, structured finance, and real estate-related bankruptcy remote entities. Prior to joining CSC, Julia worked as a real estate paralegal, performing title work in connection with both commercial and residential properties in York, Pennsylvania. McCullough earned her paralegal certificate and an associate’s degree in marketing from York College of Pennsylvania.
