Construction of a 65,000-seat domed football stadium is expected to be completed by Summer 2020. Estimate costs of construction for the stadium is $1.9 billion.

The Las Vegas Stadium Authority’s draft of a preliminary project timeline shows a 30-month construction period after stadium bonds are issued. Site work on 62 acres is projected to start by December 2017.
