Recipe series generator

The recipe series generator allows the automatic parameterising and carrying out of series of tests in conjunction with HiBatch™. It automatically generates a whole test series from just a few details. The desired parameters are varied within defined ranges from test to test

The advantages

Simply a start and finish value and the increase from test to test need be given by the user for the parameters to be varied.

The recipe series generator will then create a test schedule which contains all variations. Variations that are not required can be excluded.

Information about StatGen™ for the preparation of multi-factor test schedules for statistical planning on request.

If, for example, it is intended to carry out tests at four different tem-peratures and it is intended to feed a reactant at each temperature in three different volumes, 12 variations result. The control recipes which are generated automatically from a basic recipe can be automatically carried out on an appropriate set of apparatus either in sequence or in a parallel reactor system at the same time.

The variations of individual parameters to be carried out are specified in a factor plan.

The individual working recipes, which may be individually released or blocked, are generated from the data in the basic recipe.

Training and instructionContinuous training and instruction of employees is the most impor-tant investment in the future of your company which you can make. Sound knowledge is an indispensable prerequisite for successful implementation of your projects. The range of seminars which we offer is, in terms of the choice of subjects and content, the result of our many years of practical experience in the use of laboratory auto-mation and mini-plant equipment.

Software upgrade & maintenance contracts

An update is an improved version of a program with an unchanged amount of functions.

An upgrade is a developed version, normally with an extended amount of functions. The following rules apply without a software upgrade contract:

› Updates up to 3 months after supply are free-of-charge

› The residual value is charged at 100% - 12% x no. of years since pur-chase, i. e. the upgrade price is 12% x no. of years since purchase

Example: The software was bought 6 years ago. The price for the upgrade thus amounts to 6 x 12% = 72% of the original price.

› Software which is 6 to 8 years old is charged at 10%

› Software which is older than 6 to 8 years is charged at 5%.

Hardware maintenance contract

Where a hardware maintenance contract exists, we check and cali-brate your devices annually and upgrade them to the latest technical standards.

Defective parts are replaced free of charge either at the factory or on site. Only the expenditure for the journey is charged. Defects caused by outside influences are excluded.

Support and remote maintenance contract

After conclusion of a support contract our hotline is available to you for the answering of your questions regarding the creation of your application or for a quick solution to software problems. We will carry
