Product Line: Descriptions, Features & Benefits Applications

Mono- and multi-functional aliphatic epoxy crosslinkers, reactive diluents, and modifiers. Grades include high functionality, varying degrees of water solubility, low chlorine content, hydroxyl functionality, and bio-based content. Low viscosity and non yellowing.

Epoxy-terminated polybutadiene compounds with high flexibility, toughness, and elasticity. Includes a low viscosity, low molecular weight grade.

Acrylic resins with bonded HALS group, which scavenges free radicals and provides comparable weather-ability to fluorocarbon resins at a lower cost.

Mono- and multi-functional cycloaliphatic epoxies. Grades include low viscosity, good transparency, high heat resistance, high Tg, and good electrical properties. Non yellowing with high flexibility and toughness. Suitable for thermal cure or UV cure (cationic).

Low Tg functionalized aliphatic acrylic esters. Low impurities, low residual monomer content, high molecular weight with narrow weight distribution. Three possible functional groups (COOH, OH, epoxy). Provides flexibililty, tack, cohesion, and peel strength.

Ladder-type multifunctional acrylated or epoxidized silsesquioxane. High transparency, high heat resistance, and high UV resistance. High refractive index grade available.

Crosslinked acrylic and styrenic microspheres. Suited for waterborne and solvent-borne systems. Excellent dispersability in paint formulations. Excellent compatibility with coated film. Durable matte or soft-feel coating, which has superior scratch and mar resistance.

Crosslinked polyurethane microspheres. More flexible than acrylic microparticles while offering a softer touch and better gloss control. Good solvent resistance.

Crosslinked silicone (PMSQ) microspheres with a consistent spherical shape and narrow particle distribution. Superior heat resistance with a lower refractive index for more efficient light diffusion.

PMMA microspheres that are light stable, heat and chemical resistant, as well as available in a wide variety of colors.

Crosslinked acrylic and styrenic microspheres. Refractive index ranges from 1.495 to 1.59. Can be compounded into thermoplastics or used in coatings on a variety of substrates. Range of particle sizes and crosslink densities.

Crosslinked silicone (PMSQ) microspheres with a low refractive index (1.41) for high performance light diffusion.May be compounded into thermoplastics or used in coatings on a variety of substrates. High chemical and heat resistance with a consistent spherical shape and narrow particle distribution.

Rubber core microspheres with rigid shells available in surface functionalized grades. Compatible with epoxy, unsaturated polyester, or UV-cured resins. The elastic core provides impact resistance and toughness.

Reactive surfactant composition for emulsion polymerization. High reactivity, mechanical stability, and chemical stability.

Crystalline precipitated calcium carbonate nanoparticles for tailored surface modification. Used as a partial replacement of TiO2, maintaining opacity and hiding power while offering improved rheology. High transparency and gloss. Can be used as a functional filler, opacifier, or thixotropic agent.

Additives and

Modifiers

Chlorinated polypropylene adhesion promoter used on TPO substrates without surface treatment. Soluble in aromatic solvents, water, and reactive diluents (UV cure). Used for tough and transparent coatings.

UV-curable urethane acrylate oligomers. Resilient hardcoats, low shrinkage, and scratch recovery properties. Several molecular weights and viscosities.

Maleic anhydride-grafted polyolefin resins with low impurities for interlayer adhesion (plastic to plastic or plastic to metal). Used as a coupling agent, compatibilizer, and in hot melt applications. Available in pellets or sheets.

ATO-coated TiO2, providing electroconductivity independent of moisture. Good thermal, physical, and chemical stability.

Hyrdrogenated epoxy-terminated polybutadiene. Epoxy groups react with amines and anhydrides, offering flexibility, toughness and elasticity.

Award-winning reactive coating for corrosion protection of carbon steel and galvanized surfaces. Produces a stable oxidation layer, which prevents further rusting. Minimum surface preparation and low maintenance. Zinc-rich grade available.

Mono- and multi-functional aliphatic and aromatic epoxy crosslinkers, reactive diluents and modifiers. Provides good adhesion to metal and nylon substrates. Good chemical, water, and heat resistance through crosslinking of coating resins.
