Description
This course is a 40-hour face to face course designed to prepare delegates to accomplish the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) certification in professional Risk Management. It covers all performance domains required in covers all topics in the Exam Content Outline. The delivery format comprises of the following methods:
• 5-day fast track
This delivery method will meet the required 40 hours of contact time to qualify the delegate for entry into the PMI-RMP® exam. Once delegates have completed this course they will need to study the course content usually for about 4 to 12 weeks before writing their certification exam.
Audience
This course is aimed at those who are highly experienced Project Portfolio Managers in senior or executive management positions.
Entrance requirements:
• Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or the global equivalent) • 4,500 hours of project risk management experience • 40 hours of project risk management education • OR • Four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or the global equivalent) • 3,000 hours of project risk management experience • 30 hours of project risk management education
