Executive Coaching Models: An Overview
There are many approaches and models used for executive coaching (e.g. Appreciative Inquiry model, Leaderplex Model of Leadership, Egan’s ‘Helping Skills’ model, Solution Focused Model, Domains of Competence Model etc.) These models provide an approach to coaching that is usually focussed on one perspective, task or underlying philosophy A need for more integrated, holistic approach
The “Excellence”© Model “EXCELLENCE”© model - new, holistic, all-round approach combining elements of various coaching models with extensive expertise in personal development and coaching
The 10 phases of the model do not need to be used in sequential order, and each coaching intervention can use some (or all) parts of some (or all) phases
