Sharing at Tables

How will you use today’s information to up date emergency procedures at your school site?

• Feeling Jars – you can write an emotion, a feeling, an area of discomfort that may have occurred during the training – leave it in the jar if you don’t want to take it back to your site.

• The “I Love You Guys” Wall of Reflection.  Express feelings based on the days training- can be done with words, pictures, etc

 • Quiet Room (Nia Room)- Identified room for individuals

who might a quiet space. Poster board, legal pads, markers.

 • Meditation Room ( Dance studio)- Identified room for

individuals who might need more debrief.  Music, a guided meditation
