Wedding Packages

PACKAGE RATES EXCLUDE YOUR CHOICE OF MAIN MEAL.

Please make use of our menu builder to choose your menu or alternatively

contact us to do a custom menu for you.

Children under 12 pay 50%. Children under 4 eat free (with parents).

No exchanges or refunds for any part of the package that is not used will be

made. Food and beverage to be consumed on Excalibur premises.

Excalibur does not host weddings for under 30 guests.

Venues included in packages: Chapel – max 120 guests inside chapel / 300 pax (Using chapel & Excalibur

Dome).

Under 60 Guests – Excalibur Dome

More than 60 Guests – Uther Pendragon hall

Venue’s & options available will be discussed in your appointment with Excalibur.

We include the following for use in our Chapel & Venue:

Seating for required number of guests not more than 120 pax inside

chapel / 300 pax (Using chapel & Excalibur Dome).

Excalibur Dome The Excalibur dome is the perfect place to

experience what Excalibur has to offer. This is the

main dining area of Excalibur Castle and can

accommodate up to 80 people.

Seating Capacity:

4 x Long tables - Max 80 Guests (no dance floor)

2 x Long tables with dance floor - Max 40 Guests

Tables with 6 people each - Max 48 Guests (no dance floor)

Tables with 6 people each with dance floor - Max 36 Guests

Please Note: this venue does not have air-conditioning we are planning on installing

an air-con system ASAP.

Bookings with children aged between 0-12 will be charged an R 1 000

breakage deposit, refundable upon checkout.
