    "Adaptibility". The thing that is driving me to participate in this program. Itis both my strength and passion. Something that I always try to develop and enhance. In a rapid changing industry such as Pharma, one has to embrace adaptibility hands on. I believe, I am built to adobt change and adapt myself accodingly. I hate "comfort zone". I constantly put myself in positions which are uncomfortable for me and learn to confront my fears heads on. The fact that I confounded aventure during my undergrad studies, proves the fact. I always belive in setting myself difficult targets and try to achieve them. Getting this training position at GSK is currently my most sought after target. I want to be in a company that constantly contributes in developing its employees by giving them new challenges. The reason is that I want to evolve not only as an engineer but as a professional in every dimension. Let it be leadership, management or communication.

    Moreover, my skill set is extremly suited for the role. I have proven expereince in leadership, management, marketing and communication. The education based venture which I cofounded (www.etutionhub.com), started off with just $40 investment and we managed to manuer it all the way to a very succesful first year of operation during which we won a nation wide competition, got mentioned in several online magazines, got interviewed by Dawn Tv News and concluded our year on a high note. I have played my role in several key areas of the venture throughout theyear including marketing, finance and operations.

    Lastly, it will be an honor for me to contribute to the world in such a noble field. What can be more comforting to one than the thought that he/she is utilizin
