I release and discharge Emmanuel Worship Center , all event sponsors, all event organizers, all event volunteers, workers, employees and directors from all actions, suits and demands what- soever in law or in equality , including but not limited to, the risk of injury from playing in the tournament and the risk of loss of personal property by theſt or otherwise. Furthermore, I herby grant full permission for event organizers to record any or all of my participation in this event for photos, motion pictures, TV, radio, recording videotapes, digital files and other media known or unknown, and to use them no matter by who taken in any manner for publicity, promotion advertising trade or commercial purposes, without any reimbursement of any kind due to me, or the need to pay any fee. Good sportsmanship and cooperation is both anticipated and expected. e team captain is expected to aid in controlling teammates’ and team followers’ conduct. Poor sportsmanship could result in disqualification of the team. Failure to comply with the Spirit of the 3 on 3 Tournament, with acts such as cursing, fighting, taunting, intimidating or verbally attacking a tournament official, player or spectator may lead to removal of that player, team and/or spectator from the tournament. Decisions made by tournament officials are final, and are not subject to review by video or other recordings, or other sources.
