Indication for use

CMC® V GENERATORIndicated for use in micro, macro and endoscopic bipolar cutting and coagulation of tissue and sealing of blood vessels in all types of surgery. Procedures must be performed by a surgeon with experience in the use of electrosurgical devices and generators.Please consult the Instructions of Use (IFU) booklet for a complete listing of Warning and Precautions.

SPETZLER™-MALIS® Disposable Spetzler™-Malis® Bipolar forceps are single use devices sold sterile and are intended for use in electrosurgery for coagulation of tissue.

ISOCOOL™ FORCEPS Indicated for cauterizing, coagulating, grasping, and manipulating tissue during general surgery, neurosurgery, ENT surgery, OB/GYN surgery, and maxillofacial/plastic surgery procedures. They are also indicated for cauterizing, coagulating, grasping, and manipulating soft tissue during spine and orthopedic surgery.Indications for use in OB/GYN surgery exclude contraceptive coagulation of fallopian tube tissue.

WarrantyThe CODMAN® MALIS® CMC® V Bipolar Electrosurgical System is warranted for two years from date of purchase. The system is warranted to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship. This warranty shall not apply where services are required due to (i) buyer failure to operate or maintain the equipment according to the Instruction Manual, (ii) buyer’s use of unauthorised parts or consumables, (iii) accident, abuse, misuse, modification or misapplication, or (iv) improper service.THE ABOVE WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
