Video Content and Editing Specifications

TrailersSame tech specs as movie deliveries.

Movie CreditsTitle credits (spelling and punctuation) and edit credits on movie should match the title given toauthoring for DVD menus and the title given to graphic artists for DVD insert.

Performer credits (names and spellings) must match model releases. Any changes should bemade uniformly on all three (movie, DVD menu and DVD insert), and should also be noted as aseparate attachment in the model release file.

Content GuidelinesNo internal cumshots (see previous instructions), no fisting, footing or shrimp fisting (ifsomething could be fisting be we can't see it, that is OK), no visible blood or feces (including

fecal residue mixed with lube on dildos or penises, etc.) , no urination on people (includingdrinking it afterward), and preferably no visible urination at all (if you don’t want to lose the

CompilationsBecause we have so many directors we need to be notified in advance if you'd like to supply a

compilation project. Generally we only release a maximum of two compilations a month andeach director is allowed one per year per category (she-male, face-sitting, straight sex, etc). Anyexception to this rule must be made at John Stagliano's discretion. Additionally please notethese rules for choosing compilation scenes:

1) Scenes need to be from titles at least one year from original release date.2) One scene from each source movie (unless BJ only comp, then two from each).

3) Scenes can only be used one time for any compilation.

Evil Angel Content GuidelinesApplies to Video Footage, Galleries and Box Art Images

The following guidelines must be followed on all video and box cover productions.

• No c hild pornography! “Child pornography” means any image of sexually explicit conduct thainvolves the use of a minor under the age of 18. We also choose not to sell depictions of aperformer being portrayed as a minor.

• No b estiality. Pets in the background of a scene, uninvolved in the sex, are OK.

• No u rination on other performers, or depictions of drinking urine.

• No defecation or visible feces or fecal matter.

• No r ape or other forced, coerced or non-consensual sexual activity. Particular attentionshould be paid to content involving abduction, kidnapping and hostage situations.

• No c hloroform or other chemically induced unconscious sex acts.

Evil Angel Internal Pop Shot Policy

Recently we’ve been seeing more and more “close calls” surrounding the Evil Angel policy of nointernal pop shots. There seems to be a wide range of interpretation of what falls within thepolicy or what is technically an “internal pop.” The point of this rule isn’t about a technicality,but rather about the conscientious decision to adhere to our policy.

The policy is:

• No internal pops .• No cumming near the pussy/asshole and intentionally letting it drip in.• No cu mming on the pussy/asshole (gaping or not).• No re -insertion of penis, other body part or object with visible semen on it.

Evil Angel Video Delivery Technical Specifications

As a result of the ending of our exclusive broadcast distribution deal with Hustler TV, we have

some minor changes to our delivery requirement. The most significant of these changes is ouracceptance of both Apple ProRes 422 and DNXHD (for those not editing on Final Cut Pro).

You are still required to submit an HDV 1080 file in addition to either an Apple ProRes 422 1080or DNXHD file for each title. The HDV version is for use on websites, VOD sites, and mostlicensing. The ProRes/DNXHD version is used for DVD authoring and broadcast licensing(Hustler and other clients). Please note that this must be the Apple ProRes 422 codec, not the

ProRes HQ, LT or Proxy codecs.

You will NOT be required to submit a Standard Definition (SD) file for your movie. Thisconversion will be included as part of the DVD authoring process. Please note that while we arearchiving 1080i files for Evil Angel use, you may benefit from archiving raw footage or 1080pversions of your movies. Please do not rely on Evil Angel as your sole content archive.

Additional movie delivery rules:• If submitting multiple movies, each movie must be on its own hard drive.• Please make sure to deliver all elements (movie trailers BTS etc ) in both codecs

Movie Titles Must Match!

Standardizing Titles And Cast Lists On Box Covers, Discs And The Movie Itself

To present your work in the best way possible, we need movie titles and cast lists to be identical in all pla— on your box cover, disc art and in the on-screen credits of the movie itself. And if your movie is part oseries, we need the title of each volume to match exactly. (See separate “Art Specs” document.)

I. New Titles

a) When a new movie line/series is established, we will want to use that exact title in all future volumes oseries.

b) Before submitting a new title, please research the Internet to see whether the proposed title has been uselsewhere. Obviously, the best titles are original, representative of the content and marketable.

c) Please submit your new title to Evil Angel’s production department before editing your movie so we caadvise of any issues with translation, copyright, content, etc. (Example: We had to reject an original and ctitle, “Face Rape,” because distributors balked.)

d) We discourage putting directors’ names in titles because they make customer Web searches for the title

2257 Labeling Requirements

Labeling

Please note the new wording for 2257 labeling: all movie credits, DVD inserts, magazines,websites, etc. should use the new wording. There is no requirement that a date of production(D.O.P.) appear anywhere. The new version of the law requires that the labeling only list thename of the work, the name and address of the business where 2257 records are located, alongwith the name of the Custodian. The wording below is what we want to use:

In compliance with 18 U.S.C. Section 2257, all records required to be maintainedfor [title of work] are located at Evil Angel, 14141 Covello St., Unit 8C, Van NuysCA 91405. Custodian of Records: John Stagliano. All performers were 18 years ofage or older at date of production.

Dates of Production

The record keeping files that we maintain internally must have the dates of production, andthose dates must be based on what the law calls for (see below) which is the first date of actualshooting. If a movie is filmed over eight different days, the D.O.P. that we list on ourcompliance statements needs to be the first of those eight different days (unless the date
