police vehicles have been parked on several designated spots for an hour. Three artists are
not able to set up.

McGregor is one of the artists who cannot fully set up due to the transit police vehicle being
parked right next to the green medallion he is set up behind. John arrived at 6am andimmediately spoke to the PEP officers about the vehicles. When he asked again an hourlater, he was told he could go to the precinct and ask them and that there was nothing they
could do about it as they have no control over the transit police.
When 2 transit police officers emerge from the subway station exit, John speaks to them
and one of them is quite rude to him, telling him This is where we park our vehicles, doyou understand that?
