Most paid close attention to the city's environment, the advanced green energy technology of the Olympic Sailing Center, as well as the Qingdao citizens' living conditions. "China has a wonderful sailing center in Qingdao and the preparation work here is good," Khoshlahje from Iran's Islamic Republic News Agency said. "The government has put free gym equipment all along the road and in communities. Local residents can go out of their homes and exercise at any time," Jacqueline Blackie, a media official from the New Zealand embassy, said. Alizia Borsari from the Italian Radio and Television Broadcasting Co said: "During the Olympic Games, we will dispatch at least 100 reporters to Beijing. And we will have a live broadcast for the Beijing Olympic Games at that time," Borsari said. "Besides sports events during the Games, we will also focus on China's society, economy, people's lives - everything related to the Beijing Olympic Games," she stressed. "Some Western media gave many reports on boycotting the Beijing Olympic Games because they know little about China. They should come here and see China through their own eyes," Osman Erol, a representative correspondent of Turkey's Cihan News Agency, said. On Mondya and Tuesday, 19 reporters were in Qingdao to cover the city's preparations for the Olympic sailing events.
