The sail in our logo is a seemingly inconsequential spread of canvas cloth. But it is the

Ankur is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and has a degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Bhopal.

Bharat Mandot

Bharat manages the finance function at Concept and is involved in Shared CFO role and responsibilities. He has over 4 years of experience and brings in-depth exposure in areas of corporate finance, taxation, audit and transaction advisory services. Earlier in his career, Bharat was a key member of corporate finance, accounting and taxation advisory services of India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited and of PriceWaterhouseCoopers India.

Bharat is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, and has completed the Executive Education in Management Studies from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Chirag Paleja

Chirag is responsible for handling capital markets related assignments. He has significant expertise in debt & equity syndication and investment advisory. Chirag joined Concept in 2007 and has been instrumental in growing capital market related services of the organization. Prior to Concept, Chirag worked with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company as an Investment Advisor. Chirag is an Associate Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Manish has over seven years of experience in areas of legal advisory, strategy formulation and structuring of commercial transactions. Before joining Concept, Manish has worked with CRISIL and FoxMandal Little, where he assisted domestic and offshore clients raise funds through equity, debt and structured finance routes.

Manish has an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad and is a law graduate from the Government Law College, Mumbai. He is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Prithijit

Chaudhury

Prithijit is an Investment Banking professional, with over four years of experience in areas of Transaction Advisory, Debt and Equity Syndication and Team Management. Earlier to Concept, he was a part of Capital Fortunes, Hyderabad and of UBS Investment Bank, where he covered transactions from across industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Technology and Business Services.

Prithijit holds an MBA in Finance from the ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, and is a Commerce Graduate from St. Xavier's College, Calcutta University. He is presently a CFA Level II candidate.
