EVERYBODY WORKS is a program built upon the principles of every man or women working and laboring to bring real change to urban communities. Our vision of human resources first hand bring change in the way people are hired and trained. We see people standing idle in the marketplace, with dated workforce skills and life issues. Our answer is similar to Jesus’ “we hire anybody for any length of time”. Most people in need fell good about themselves after working to feed themselves and their family. Our experience tells us ninety nine percent of people capable of working want to work. Workforce compliance and requirements often kill self esteem and positive energy. We provide positive yet tough standards for our students and team members.
