down-y children? Then look no further than Valerie McLarty Grant. We

have been fortunate to have Valerie in our home for the last 2 1/2 years,

taking care of our infant (now toddler) and two older children. Due to

her patience and genuine kindness to our children, our youngest learned

his colors, shapes, numbers, animals, trucks, etc. She also cleans our

and very hardworking - we often need to remind her to take a break!

great with our 5 year old and 3 year old. She makes sure to keep a good

schedule with my 3 year old day to day, teaching numbers, alphabet,

writing, having play time as well as potty training. She makes sure my
