Event rental fee includes seating for up to 200 guests (150 with dance floor), high-end tables and chairs, candle centerpieces, audiovisual and lighting system, stage, Yamaha C-3 grand piano, private dressing rooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Additional fees apply for use of the Art Gallery, catering services (including food and beverage, bar service, and table service), table linens, security personnel, valet parking service, sound and lighting technician, coat check attendant, and piano tuning.

Sunday through Thursday Daytime (end by 5pm) Evening2 – 3 hours $750 $1000

• Damage Deposit $200 - $500 (determined by size and type of event)

• Sound/lighting technician $45/hour (required for use of sound/lighting system)

• Security guard $45/hour (per guard)

• Piano tuning $150 (required for use of piano)

• Coat Check attendant $25/hour

*Additional fees may be charged for complex or lengthy set-up and tear down
