Details Number of participants 200+ Venue St Joseph's Church, Cardiff Required cost £100.00 Total revenue £230.00 Sponsors MPS, MDU Preparation - Putting up posters - Rehearsing the choir and performers – recruited from the “Medics Choir” who were interested in volunteering for this event - Organising an organist - Venue and song-sheets – no fees were charged for venue hire - Sorting out sponsorship for the printing costs and food and mulled wine During the event - Admission was free for all - Making sure everything ran smoothly - Trying to sit back and enjoy it - Manning the drinks and food stalls at the interval. Tips/precautions - It always takes longer to organise than you think. - Buy mulled wine in advance! (It sells out near Christmas time)
