Page 23: EVENT EXPERIENCE GUIDE

CELEBRITY CRUISES ALCOHOL POLICYCelebrity Cruises guests are expected to be responsible for their actions at all times, including during transfers to and from ships, inside terminals, while on board, at our ports of call, during shore excursions, and at our private destinations. Consuming alcohol to excess impairs one’s judgment and reduces one’s ability to recognize and avoid potentially dagerous situations. Guests who choose to consume alcohol must do so responsibly. The ship’s staff may refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to any guest who does not consume alcohol responsibly, including those who have purchased an all-inclusive beverage package. Ship’s personnel may request verification of a guest’s age for consuming alcohol pursuant to this policy. Any guest who violates this alcohol policy will be considered for disciplinary action pursuant to the Consequences section of this Guest Conduct Policy and may lose his or her privileges to use the areas or facilities of the ship.

Guests are not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages on board, with the exception of embarkation day when guests are permitted to bring up to two (2) bottles of wine, which are subject to a corkage fee, per stateroom, or during wine cruises when guest are allowed up to four (4) bottles per stateroom. Security may inspect containers, including water bottles, soda bottles, mouthwash, canteens, etc., at any time and will dispose of alcohol concealed in such containers. Alcoholic beverages that are purchased from onboard shops or in ports of call, which must be presented to security upon reboarding, will be secured by the ship’s personnel. Such alcohol will be returned to guests on the last night of sailing at turn down. Guests who are under the permitted drinking age will not have alcohol returned to them.

The minimum drinking age for all alcoholic beverages on Celebrity Cruises ships sailing from North America is 21. The minimum drinking age for all alcoholic beverages on Celebrity Cruises ships sailing from South America, Europe,

Asia, Australia, and New Zealand is 18. In certain circumstances where local laws permit or require, Celebrity Cruises may modify this policy, which may also require parent/guardian request/authorization. Guests may contact Guest Relations or refer to Celebrity Today for specific minimum drinking age information for their cruise.

For purposes of complying with the minimum drinking age requirements, a guest’s age is established upon boarding at the beginning of the cruise vacation. If a guest celebrates his or her birthday during the cruise, and thereby becomes of age to consume alcohol, the guest may ask the Guest Relations manager to modify the ship’s records to permit his or her consumption of alcohol during the remainder of the cruise. The guest will be required to appear at Guest Relations to present a valid government-issued form of identification to permit verification of age.

No guest under age 18 may possess or consume alcohol at any time while on board. No guest under age 21 may possess or consume alcohol at our private destinations. Any guest who goes ashore and consumes alcohol, whether under the supervision of a parent/guardian or not, is responsible for ensuring that he or she consumes responsibly and retains the ability to recognize and avoid potentially dangerous situations when he or she returns to the ship. Parents/guardians are reminded that they are responsible for the actions of their children and young adults at all times while on a Celebrity cruise.

Guests who violate any alcohol policy, including but not limited to underage drinking; providing alcohol to minors or young adults; possessing, concealing, or attempting to conceal alcoholic items in their luggage when boarding or while on board; engaging in alcohol-drinking games; or failing to consume alcohol responsibly, will be considered for discipline under the provisions of this policy.

Page 26: EVENT EXPERIENCE GUIDE

One size does not fit all. So, we offer unique programs and people, including our Destination Insiders and Destination Concierges, to help you create the most personalized experiences for your groups.

PRIVATE JOURNEYS How about a hot-air balloon ride over Tuscany? Maybe a flightseeing tour of Alaska, with a crab feast? A beach- and-spa day on St. Lucia? We’ll inspire you, inform you, and offer you the kind of access you just don’t find on your own—plus limos, aircraft, or whatever else you need.

What exclusive venues or authentic experiences would be meaningful for your groups? Go ahead and ask our Destination Insiders before your departure or the Destination Concierge on board. You’ll see why Private Journeys won gold in Travel Weekly’s 2017 Magellan Awards.

DESTINATION INSIDERS Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, our Destination Insiders have probably been there and done that. These world travelers offer years of experience as shore excursion managers. Each insider is selected for his or her unique perspectives on local culture, history, cuisine, and more. Before you sail, put them to work for your group.

DESTINATION CONCIERGES Each of our worldwide destinations—more than 300 of them—has its own tantalizing history, culture, art, and flavor. Don’t miss their must-see sites and must-do experiences. Our onboard Destination Concierge, your personal expert, is key to discovering the treasures in each port.

CELEBRITY DISCOVERY COLLECTION Immerse your groups in the authentic culture of each destination. Our Celebrity Discoveries take you to the heart of it—whether a scenic spot, a culinary specialty, or some other hidden gem. These curated collections offer unique encounters for small groups of modern explorers, dedicated foodies, and other travelers with a thirst for experience.

CHEF’S MARKET DISCOVERIESSM Our culinary experience extends from ship to shore excursion via Chef’s Market Discoveries. Winner of gold in Travel Weekly’s 2017 Magellan Awards, these outings navigate local markets and restaurants to explore the characteristic aromas and flavors of each.

Group members can soak up some local color while connecting with each other over food and wine, learning regional cooking techniques along the way. Back on board, they’ll cap an eventful day with a behind-the-scenes galley tour before a private dinner inspired by the day’s discoveries.

BEN FOGLE’S GREAT ADVENTURES Take a walk—or swim or cycle or kayak—on the wild side. Your guests can scale a Caribbean volcano. Kayak with whales in Alaska. Swim and cycle the breathtaking Dalmatian coast. Ben Fogle’s Great Adventures have expanded to 20 active excursions around the world, created by our Global Destination Ambassador Ben Fogle, a best-selling travel writer and BBC personality. They get you out of your comfort zone and into these fascinating destinations, shown through the eyes of locals.

INSIDE ACCESS Not exactly shore excursions—more like ship excursions—these behind-the-scenes tours reveal the fascinating technology, teamwork, and tons of supplies that go into creating a seamless Celebrity Cruises event.

Start in the main restaurant, then move to the galley, to see how our skilled culinary team prepares 25,000 meals per day so artfully. Visit the engine control room and observe how our marine engineers monitor the ship. In the laundry, you’ll see how all those fresh, crisply folded linens and towels get processed. In the crew quarters, you’ll see how our dedicated staff live.

Finally, step up to the bridge, where all systems are controlled, and see the advanced navigation and communications gear that allows your captain and staff to chart your way safely and efficiently.
