Anne Thevenet-AbitbolEditorial and Art Director of the EVE Program
Danone and L’Oréal have decided to expand the success of the original EVE Program by organizing a specific edition for the Asia-Pacific region.
Especially so as the talent war is very fierce in this region.
We were delighted to welcome you in Shanghai!
‘‘ ‘‘
6
The EVE Program was created in 2010, and since its beginning, more than 15 companies have joined the cause.
They are all concerned by women leadership and are interested in the approach.
They are more than 1500 women and men who have now participated to the EVE Program and since five years, the
program’s success is firmly established.
This year, for the first edition of the EVE Asia-Pacific Program, 111 women and men from Danone, L’Oréal,
Crédit Agricole SA, Essilor, Accor, Baxter Healthcare, but also Pernod Ricard, Air Liquide, Talentis and Van Cleef
& Arpels got together at the Radisson Blu Plaza Xingguo Hotel in Shanghai.

The most important in life is try to be water.
Because water is no smell, no shape, no colour, no taste. But if you give to water the opportunity and the conditions, the water can become any smell, any shape, any colour, any taste you want.
It Is about the f luidity of life.

I just want to be myself and I don’t want people around me to be designed by the organization to fit into a job.
I don’t think people will ever fit into a job, people are much more than a job.

Three precious days in a packed professional life have allowed participants to stop, open up, ask questions, and gain more confidence in themselves, and awareness of others.
The strength of this seminar is being together, from a variety of different companies, with a whole range of issues and backgrounds, but all united around one conviction: we have to know better what we want and know how to express it: be yourself and unleash your potential!
